Nicole: Sure. *Looks at the toy* It's the best kind of invention when you don't know what you are doing in the first place, even under pressure. I do believe that if Sonic was alive *Looks at Joe* things will been a lot better. I hate to make things worst, but if you where their on that day, will you risk your life for the better? Even without thinking of the worst outcome?

the commander who was gonna turn in a report to joe tells nicole"you know he holds himself responible for something he couldnt have stoped even if he knew it wasnt possible you know that right it paart of his nature to take responiblity for those he lost in battle... he lost more than friends he lost a brother and a wife in that 1 day 3 years ago and he still blames himself for it."

Meanwhile, Shard, Dodger, and Cyan are flying across the sky at great speed.

Shard: I can't stop this thing! Dodger, help!

Dodger: I'm trying. *Tries to find the right wire to disconnect* *Notice one flaw* Wait a second. *One of the wires is the self-control of engines is disconnected* Just give me a second here *Connects it* Aha!

Shard: *His engines stop* Uh oh. *Falls*

Dodger: Active the engines, Shard.

Shard: I'm trying!

Cyan: *Catches them from falling*

Shard: That's just...Wow.

Cyan: Well at least I saved you from fall, didn't I?

Shard: No. You guys say that everything seems to work perfectly, and maybe you should work on me some more, will ya'?

Dodger: Hey! Don't get mad at me with the engines malfunctioning at the first place, you still got things that unfinished.

Cyan: So, where to?

Dodger: To the repair shop, Cyan

Cyan: Got it. *Carries both Shard and Dodger while flying to the Repair shop*

Shard: You know, Dodger. I didn't know you can fix me up with that amount of hard work you put into me. I mean, that's just too kind. All I have ever do was being repair by a machine.

Dodger: It's a thing I learn quickly by my own. Beside, anyone who's an robot expert in this team is me and Cyan. But thanks you little shardy.

Shard: Aw, c'mon with those names. But your welcome.

*They land in the repair shop, bringing in Shard into the shop*

In the morning, Cyan and Dodger wakes up and checks on Shard.

Dodger: One heck of a night, don't you say?

Shard: *Plays around with his hand* Yeah. *Looks at Dodger* Everything is fix inside of me.

Dodger: Wait. How can that be without one of us was here last night, repairing you?

Shard: *Points to the power stone* This little gem of mine.

Dodger: So you can also repair yourself without any one helping you with the repairs?

Shard: Yep. I just forgot it quite some time actually. Now that I am fully operational on everything I feel I can do anything.

Dodger: Well, *Puts her hand on his shoulder* don't push yourself out of your limit, because I don't want you to be crush and all. Or destroy in a matter. That's why you got us.

Shard: No offence or anything, but every since I left Nicole behind in her world I became more of a loner-a lone wolf type of robot. *Looks sad* I don't know that was stupid of me, or the smartest thing I might never do again for a long time.

Dodger: It proves you're able to stand up for yourself. But that was stupid of what you did with Nicole. I thought a strong man stands for himself.

Shard: A stronger man stands for others...*Have a guilty look on his face* And I only stand up for myself.

Dodger: It's not bad if you don't have others to stand for.

Shard: ....Can we change the subject? I just want to start-over from what I've left off.

Dodger: *Smiles and put her hand on his back* Sure.

Nicole: *Picks up the memory stick and places it closer to Joe in front of the wedding picture. She then writes down a note. The note say: "Closer to the source." She then place the paper near the memory stick and give Joe a kiss. Whispers* Were close to justice. Don't give up. *She then leaves and closes the door quietly*

Joe wakes up and yawns. he notices the memory stick and the note and reads it. he puts in the memory stick into the computer joe smile as he feels the kiss on his cheek.

The computer then actives a Freedom Fighters archive to which it lead towards something that was kept secret behind Joe and even all the rest of the Freedom Fighters. The computer then selects the files that reads: "S.F.F Operations"

Once after it opens the file, a blink file is present in the folder.

The computer automatically opens to the blink file. After the file is done loading Joe then see this:

Secret Freedom Fighters Operation: Inquisition


Mission: After the sudden death of Sonic we've rounded up a number of people who are involved in the death of Sonic and Sonia. We must eliminate the following to keep the Freedom Fighters in order. Failure to do so will result in Martial Law in the Fort area, and town. Planet-wide search for the culprit will soon be operational if all searches fail locality.

For now: we are officially going to start hunting within the Freedom Fighters members.

Selected for the mission: Ace (Silver), Jack (Shard).

As Joe click both on the new tab the whole data on Eggman is completely updated. As it reads:

Eggman:
Status: Dead-As of: 20 years

How ever the blacked out name is completely erased.
