Z V2.0 saw Mousa running away. He used ice beam and then Heat wave, breaking the Steelix in half. "Hello Mousa. Long time you have unseen me." He floated over and examined him.

(Actually Z is actually called Prototype Zero. His versio. Currently is V3.0. He got massively upgraded.)

Hunter started firing Aura Spheres at the Steelix. Tank used rimmed into it. It wasn't very effective, but then again, none of his moves would be.

The steelix roared at them, before somehow changing its typing and using Iron Tail, combined with what seemed to be Spark, to swipe Katu aside. Said Espeon quickly mega evolved and shot Dark Pulse at it.

As if proving Rose's point, the Steelix roared and tried to use Bite on Lumi. (Which I think is an Ampharos) Rin sighed. With a whole pack of Pokemon, you expected that at least one, Arceus not withstanding, would be keeping track on the other zombies. She blasted a reducto at a nearby Golem. Apparently, it was super effective against the Pokemon.
