Ateer noticed the two hadn't noticed him and were about to leave. "Wait, hold on, are you guys dragon riders too?" He asked. These had to be the people he was looking for.

"Got it." Ateer said and Altair climbed onto his shoulder so he wouldn't have to run. "Altair keep an eye on them for me so I can pay attention to where I'm running." His dragon chirped and he started to follow them.

Ateer nodded and pulled out a knife, he wasn't dumb enough to leave his house withou some sort of weapon first. He had some training with fighting with poachers along with his brother so he wasn't completely inexperienced. He moved slowly toward the fight and approached a man with his back turned to Ateer. He snuck forward and slammed the hilt o his knife into the man's head with as much force as he could, effectively knocking him out.

He said as some of the men turned their attention to the riders. Altair lunged at the closest and as the man was distracted Ateer went in and stabbed him in the chest.

He jumped back as another man swung his sword at him. "Hmm, a sword huh? Altair!" Altair jumped forward and ran behind the man, causing the man to turn and face the dragon. Ateer swung his knife and hit the back of the man's head, winning a sickening crunch.

(So we have killed 5 and knocked out 1, leaving 4, lets finish this.)
Ateer slashed at another man's throat but miscalculated, slashing his face instead. The man cursed and swung wildly at Ateer. He yelped as the blade nicked his side then went in when the man was trying to recover and finished him off. Altair had lunged at another man and was wrestling with him, doin quite well despite his side. Ateer rushed to help his dragon and finished that man off as well.
