Pokémon/Apperance: Hitoshi is a Kecleon with his colors changing based on his mood. He additionally has a silk scarf. He is always holding his stuff in his rolled up tail.
Rank: Known in the entire school for his tricks he does on unsuspecting students everyday. Everyone hates him, but he's strangely confident about it.
