My story
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Pokémon RP → My storyWe walked the whole night and we had reached a road by the time the sun rose. Exhausted from the long walk, we decided to rest for a while under a nearby tree. For the first time in my life I felt truly happy as I sat there, beside Dave, watching the early morning sun shine through the leaves of the tree. We ate a quick breakfast and continued our journey shortly after.
Seeing the world outside the area where I had spent my whole childhood was so exciting. The wide array of different plants and pokemon was something else compared to what I had been used to. Especially all the different flowers and trees, there wasn't much of those in the desert, I can tell you. Dave seemed to be as much overwhelmed as I was, we must've looked like some damned tourists, looking and touching everything around with our mouth wide open from wonder. In the end, I didn't give a damn about what we looked like and as I smiled at Dave when he grinned at me, I knew he didn't care either.
I came to a halt. I had to turn back! I was seeking adventure where I was going, and now, I was leaving with nothing? No! I tore through the long grass before reaching the ruins again. I paused a long pause, seeing a large, dragon like shadow. Zack. That Charmeleon. He went and evolved. He was looking for me. I popped in my hole really quickly, then popped back out carrying a medium-sized pack, mentioning I'm pretty big for a Rattata, with some food and a crumb of ruin. I popped out really quickly. The shadow was closer. I could see stripes of orange, and after that, I tore off through the long grass. I felt free for the first time. The grass brushed against my whiskers, face, sides, and tail. I smiled for the first time in a few months. I ran around the tall grass a little more before facing away from the ruins and walking off through the grass.
It was sunrise before I even saw the end on the patch. That was a good sign. I was going to be free. I walked towards the end, tired, and starting to feel wobbly. I was at the end of the path before everything got all dizzy like, started swirling, buzzing, then black and quiet. I had passed out. Man, I guess I was tired.
From the start of our encounter with the human, he had directed his attention on Dave, which scared the heck out of me. I could still remember the previous battles with trainers and the times Dave had almost been caught and this time, it seemed like we had no hope of escaping. I tried calling out to Dave, to tell him to run, since the trainer was clearly after him. As soon as I averted my attention from the pignite, I could feel myself being hauled through the air. I landed painfully and the edges of my vision started fading. The last thing I heard before passing out was the panicked voice of Dave calling out to me.
Title: An Old Friend?
Whoa.
I entered a sitting position and gazed around to see if we were about to be attacked, which would be really bad seeing as Midnight was still unconscious. Thankfully, I couldn't see anyone.
Thank goodness for that. I thought.
I stood up and approached Midnight, partially out of friendly concern and partially to make sure he was still breathing. He was.
"Are you okay?" I asked. "Please, say something!" I begged. (OOC: This is actually a line in my favorite episode of Pokémon. Now for some originality,)
His tail twitched, and he eventually opened his eyes. I had never been so happy just to see someone's eyes before in my entire life.
And then things got epic. A Glaceon approached from behind a large rock, and I braced myself to attack. Midnight seemed to read my mind again(how does he do that?) and gave me a sharper look than I thought he was capable of.
"Don't." He said, not harshly, just with a flawless calm.
He rose shakily to his paws, and walked until he stood in front of the Ice-type. "Holly?" He asked. The Glaceon looked at him.
"Midnight?" She asked in reply.
"Wait a second... you know her?" I asked Midnight.
Midnight nodded. "I knew Holly when we were both Eevee," He explained, "She was kind of my girlfriend."
"But we had an argument," Holly said "We broke up, and I left."
That awkward moment.. I thought.

~ "Im so screwed that I don't even need a dang screwdriver to fix me!"
I dodged the dodgeball thrown by my Vaporeon schoolmate. I sighed, for now I have to suffer this dodgeball game. I dodged every single one of them by running around in circles. Oh god! That was seriously tiring to do!
Title: Mystery
Well I better go to bed.
In Tom's bedroom at Nighttime
Tom was looking at his backyard with his spywatch.
Tom:Nothing weird going on.
Suddenly he saw a flash of light.
Tom:What the!
He opened his window and jumped out to see what was going on.
Tom's room was on the 2nd floor in his house so......ouch
Tom:OW!
Tom started walking to the light.
The first thing I registered as I came to was the skull splitting headache that was currently throwing a party inside my head. I slowly opened my eyes but all I could see was a blur of green and blue. After blinking a few times I could make out the sky and the tree tops filled with leaves. I groaned as I sat up, my damned body was hurting everywhere. I realized I had no idea how I had ended up unconscious on the forest floor feeling like a train had ran over me. However, all the memories suddenly rushed to my knowlegde and I think I heard myself gasp. I quickly stood up, almost falling over again, and started frantically looking around. Where was Dave? I couldn't find him anywhere. There was no sign of him.
I couldn't hear myself screaming for him over the rushing blood in my ears. There was only one thing going trough my head, Dave. It was eerily silent in the forest, I couldn't see anyone, there was no one to hear or see me panic and slowly lose my mind. I don't know how long I spend looking for him but when I finally collapsed to the ground, exhausted, I realized my throat was burning. I only managed a small squeak of pain. I hadn't realized I had been desperately trying to call for my friend the whole time, screaming my lungs out and not stopping before I couldn't even talk anymore.
I lied on the ground and the realization finally hit me. Dave was gone. Captured by that human. He was never coming back. I'd never see him again. And it was all my fault! I should've just left on my own. I knew the trainers wanted him and I still dragged him along to the open world and right to the hands of a human. I felt a sob wrack my body. It had been a long while since I had last cried. I let the tears roll from my eyes as I lied there helplessly. I was all alone. I had no idea what I should do. I couldn't go back to Dave's parents. I could never face them again after I had practically handed their son over to a human. God knows what could happen to him.
I have no idea when it happened but at some point I grew tired of crying. Crying wasn't helping anyone. Especially Dave. With a newfound determination, I stood up with shaky legs and wiped my eyes with the back of my hand. I would find that human no matter how long it took. I would get Dave back. I had to.
((Also, is it okay if a timeskip takes place after this?))
