To send PD: Go to my profile, Click on 'Gift some Pokedollar' button, enter the amount and click on send button.
To get your pokemon: Go to Global Trade Station, Click on 'View All Trades' (For this trade), and offer a pokemon for it (Probably the one you don't need or want).
Then I would accept your offer, and you will get the pokemon.
If you want to trade, I will set the pokemon up on GTS (Global Trade Station).

Mmm.. I guess there's no way to carry out the trade then.
I would suggest you to look through the Auctions in the Auction House.
But I guess you can't use this shop to buy pokemon.
