maxwell blinked and freed his hand, rolling his arm around as he
rubbed his arm.
he took the strawberry out of his mouth and sighed.
''ow'' he said, looking at lydia with a slightly irritated look.
Lydia giggled, but also rolled her eyes at the same time. "I was
joking, idiot!" She said, knocking on his head. "It's a key that
helps you go to places. Plus, it'll alert us if you open it when
you need help..." She said, shoving the box in his pocket.

"Lydia, what did you do to this one?" A red-headed girl asked,
walking through the entrance. "Just playing around. Remind you that
I'm older than you!" Lydia said, pointing a finger at her. "Not
mentally," She retorted. "Hey, your only thirteen! I'm two years
older than you!" Lydia said accusingly. The girl shrugged. "You
shouldn't sit there," she said to Maxwell, although softly.
"Sometimes the birds get in here and the younger ones feed them
and..." she shook her head, not saying much more.
maxwell sighed and walked around fallow, walking outside.
''to much energy in one person.. nerves suddenly about to
snap....'' he grumbled.
shadow trotted over and tripped maxwell, making him face plant into
the ground.
''very funny shadow...'' he grumbled, rolling over and sitting up
to rub under the ebony black wolf's chin.
(*cough cough* Un-canon ship *cough cough*
It'll *cough* happen)
Fallow laughed, petting the wolf's furry head. The wolf didn't show
any hatred towards her. She bent down on the grass and looked at
Maxwell. "I'm Fallow. What's your name?" She asked, the grass
wavering and growing slightly taller underneath her knees.
''my name's maxwell, it's nice to meet you fallow'' he said.
shadow's tail wagged and his tongue lolled as he panted, enjoying
the attention he was getting.
''and this goofball is shadow'' maxwell said, ruffing up shadow's
shaggy coat.
Fallow smiled, and stroked Shadow's black-furred side. "Hello,
Maxwell. Nice to meet you as well," she said, and as her voice
brightened the grass grew fresher.
"Hello to you too, Shadow," Fallow said, chuckling as a brown
rabbit scurried onto her lap. "This is Fawn," she said, stroking
the rabbit's ears. She murmured something in the rabbit's ears and
it hesitantly jumped over to Maxwell and nudged his hand.
maxwell smiled and rubbed the rabbit's soft head.
''nice to meet you fawn'' he said.
shadow sniffed fawn's side and his tail wagged.
he licked fawn's cheek and yipped a little, ear's perk forward.
''shadow try not to scare her'' maxwell laughed, rubbing one of the
wolf's ear's.
"Fawn is a strong one," Fallow said, chuckling a bit as Shadow
yipped. Fawn's nose twitched rapidly and she began to hop in
circles around Shadow like a light-brown dash. You seem like a
fun idiot, Fawn 'said', although Shadow couldn't understand and
Fallow was really the only one who knew what her rabbit was saying.
Suddenly her blue eyes widened, and she looked at Maxwell in
surprise. "Did you see that?..." Fallow murmured.
"The light," Fallow said, and softly touched the palm of his hand.
"Your a Nature Fantasy. The light is focusing on your hand... that
only happens to Light Fantasies," she explained, a bewildered look
in her eyes. I dunno, Fall. He seems kind of weird in the first
place... Fawn thought. I don't care. It's abnormal for that
to happen, even if he is a Fantasy. Besides, this place is for
weird people, Fallow replied, and the rabbit's nose twitched.
Fallow's eyes narrowed a bit, although she was more determined to
find out what was going on than to be angry at him. Hey,
Fallow! Fawn skipped onto Fallow's lap. He's blushing!
The rabbit bounced excitedly. She forced her gaze to steady with
his. "Are you a Light Fantasy or a Nature Fantasy?" She asked,
firmly. You like him... Fawn's nose nudged her fingertip.
"Fawn!" Fallow hissed, blushing mildly. The proud rabbit
scurried away.
maxwell sighed.
''i'm more nature then light'' he said truthfully, looking down at
the ground.
he pulled his hand out of his pocket and a faint glowing white rose
appeared in his hand.
shadow gave a small grin and walked off to go hunt outside of the
camp.
Fallow's eyes stopped narrowing. "So your both? I've never seen a
Fantasy that had two categories," she said, admiring the pure white
rose. "Cool," she murmured, and touched it. It grew large and the
petals bloomed, stretching out more. Fawn rushed after Shadow,
although not with trouble counting that she was a rabbit and
rabbits were quick. Fallow smiled slightly, and looked up at
Maxwell. "So why'd you run away? Or did you just find the pine tree
by accident?" She asked, spinning a formerly-dead dandelion between
her fingers.
