Arceus used Roar Of Time on Aractus. Draco used Dragon pulse on him as well. And Lugia used areoblast on Aractus.

Aractus gets blown back by Arceus's attack, but not Draco or Lugia's, then he uses the shadow version of judgement.
(btw Since their siblings, Arceus isn't invincible, he can still be harmed, and isn't roar of time Dialgla's move?)
Darnisk grabs Tim by the throat and then uses dark pulse, sending Tim flying.
