Lugia was pinned to the ground by Shadow Lugia. "Arceus we need you.." He said. He knew that Arceus wouldn't come, but he atleast had to try.

The tendrils on the cocoon rap around Dash and the shadow copy encasing them in a mini cocoon.
(Lets just say he already has them)

Meanwhile, Arceus was in the distortion world. He began to break free. Then, the chains he was wrapped up in fell at his feet. "Oh brother.." He said. "We could've worked together.... But now i must defeat you." He said, flying out of the distortion world.

Arceus appeared where everybody else was. Lugia began to gain more power as Dash continued to dance.
