WHAT IS STREAM

Stream is an activity/fanclub place where multiple users on PH can share their ideas and be creative in this spot where other PH users meet up. It might seem like STREAM is just a worthless thread, but it's kinda of like over 4,000 people sharing ideas instead of having to PM specific people. So, post pictures, share links, avatars, and meet up at the Stream(ISD) Update Base to know what has recently happened and what's currently going on.
