It looks pretty at first glance but I think some mix of the colours (too light?) and the arrangement made it hard for me to focus on the words long enough to read them

The colors really don't seem to match, and the neon blue is a bit too harsh

Ah...the image seems broken...and not much text either and too big...it probably is a Canada from Hetalia image though.
