I think there might be a bug on the Dream Level. i'm not sure so if u can look at it then I will be happy. It's been in the same place for a while now and I'm almost to level 5.

A bar that appears filled, isn't necessarily completely filled. Those last few [10th of] percentages don't make the bar appear more filled up [because it already seems full], but are still necessary to be claimed, to fill it up completely.
