"Then let's eat!!" She laughed, grabbing some berries off a nearby bush and chowing down. "I bet the sunset would be really pretty, but this fog is so thick...."

Serenity giggled at Phoenix's attempt and said, "my goal is to be a Venusaur by the time we reach the lake! Or maybe even a mega Even though I know neither of those will happen…" she paused for a few seconds. "But it's always nice to have goals!" She smiled.

Serenity smiled and looked up. "Well! I'm going to bed, night!" She stated. She then pulled herself up onto a branch of a nearby tree, lied down, and fell asleep.

When Serenity awoke in the morning she swung down from the branch she was on and purposefully landed on Phoenix.

Serenity looked at her in astonishment. A sinister grin then appeared on her face as she got up and quietly kept away. When she was far enough away, she let out a breathe of relief. "Good... Now I can train and hopefully not get interrupted." She then turned and kept walking, in search of pokémon to battle.

Phoenix opened an eye and watched her leave. Then she took to the air to keep an eye on her and make sure really strong pokemon didn't get the jump on her.

After a few minutes of walking and not encountering any pokémon, Serenity let out a long groan. "UUUGGGHHH !! Where are all the pokémon?!"

Phoenix sighed and rolled her eyes, also looking for pokemon for Serenity.

Nearby, hanging from a branch was a sleeping Crobat.

Serenity looked up and saw the sleeping Crobat. An evil grin appeared on her face as she cautiously approached it and used Razir Leaf on the branch it was on, cutting it down.

The crobat woke up as it fell and opened its wings, staying afloat. It attacked with confuse ray.
