It doesn't really matter if its possible or not, just take a look at the first few pages.

...but the Treavenant has also grown from when you last saw him and is now lv. 210

@Dark_Chibiterasu: But it had to be related to game physics, or it wouldn't make sense. BTW I restarted it because several confusions between "story" and "cheat"

...you commanded Arceus to use Toxic and it successfully poisons its enemy...

Tip: It dosent matter the rarity of the pokemon, but it matters if you have it or not.

...Trevenant/Steelix dealed half of Arceus' damage and lowered a bit of Arceus' defense stat...
