violet sat hugging her leg's at a pond's edge inside the grotto, throwing stone's into the water as tear's slowly trickled down her cheek's, leaving her fur tear streaked.

(if my calculation's are correct... violet is now 20 and lily is 14....)

lily was practicing her magic in the center of the grotto as violet kept an eye on how well her little sister's magic is coming along.
''you doing pretty good lily'' violet said smiling.
''thank's'' lily said smiling back.
she made the orb of fire and water grow and shrink, right until it disappeared and left a little steam in the air.
