CarpetMonster: One thing in the Anime that doesn't follow the games is the fact that sometimes, in the anime, a Pokemon can make multiple moves in its turn, where in the game, you can't do that.

@Jack: Did you just come up with that out of the blue?
@Carpet: Lots of things that are in the anime aren't in the games like the Pokémon Showcase and the places Ash went but you can't find in the games (Example: Ninja village)
Here's a theory of my own:
Mega Wobbuffet theory:
As Ecto said, Wobbuffet's blueness is probably a decoy body and the black tail is it's real body. But I think the real body would need a boost of power to unlock it's true form. The boost of power could be a mega stone that works differently than others which would unlock its true black form!

So I have some small theories:

Cubone's skull:

Show hidden content

A Cubone that came out of the daycare has the skull of its dead mother? Problably not. Its problably his own bones that come out of his body.

Kangaskhan's baby:

Show hidden content

Weird how Kangaskhan has a baby right when she hatched, right? WELL, what if, her "baby" is actually her brother?
And what if, male Kangaskhan are extinct because of their beautifull purple color? Kangaskhans can problably reproduce asexually like most lizards. They do look like lizards, after all.

Something which I thought out-:

Ash-Greninja's egg was experimented in Team Flare base in hopes of creating a mega evolution without mega stone. The offspring was, different from the others, and finally, Ash-Greninja was born.

Like Shia said, there might've been a Pokémon war, and I think during that war they could've used Pokémon to deliver secret messages. I'm guessing they might've used Persians as one of the kinds of Pokémon to deliver the messages. And two of those Persians might've been Meowth's parents, a few days before the war was over, the Persians could've had Meowth's egg and they were probably being chased by enemy Pokémon and while Meowth's dad was fighting them his mom hid his egg so the enemies couldn't find it and then went to help her husband. His parents might've been killed and probably a week after the war, Meowth hatched and we found out he was alone he went to face the cruel world.
