So, has anyone heard about this game called "OFF"? Its a game where you play as the Batter, but your not the Batter, your the one controlling him. You come across specters which are ghost things and there are different zones, zone 0, zone 1, zone 2, zone 3 and zone 4. There are bosses in each of the zones (except zone 3). If you know about OFF, just tell me!

Sure do! I've heard of it and watched Markiplier's gameplay of OFF. I liked it. Have not come across one I can play, yet. [if you've found the current English translation of OFF that I can download and play, please PM me]

There's also a bunch of spinOFF games. Like Home, Clueless, Repeat, Fast Forward... and many more.
