This problem started happening today where the userbar and lab eggs and stuff would move up and down strangely. Anybody else having this problem or is it just my internet?

I noticed it only happens on my laptop, not my iPad. Huh.

I checked and nothing happened.
Something is probably wrong with your laptop :/
Stuff happens a lot on these PC's and Laptops.

I noticed this as well :O It happens to me on the notification page sometimes, makes it really hard to read them.

I had also got this problem in notifications page, it's hard to read notifications.

//Moved to Solved, as part of the big Bug/Complaint clean-up.

I did have this (mostly visual) bug happen in the past as well, but I haven't encountered it in a very long while, so it seems to be fixed.
