"Please, Grace. "
"No, stitches. Not today."
"But gra-"
"No stitches."
"Bu-"
"I SAID NO!"
Stitches tail went under her legs, Her eyes filled with fear. Grace
looked liked she was going to pounce on her.
Grace Just looked at Hatter, then chuckled. " its her fault in the
first place. " she said simply, then just padded away. Stitches
stood there, laying on the floor. It looked as if she had never
seen Grace like that before.
"Nuuuuu dun cryyyyyy!" Pixil said, hopping onto Stitches's bed and
sitting by her side.
"Hey," Hatter said, catching everyone's attention. "I have a story.
I'd tell it to you if you like. Just stop the waterworks, Pixil
hates to see others cry."
"Alright then. Once, there was a magician. He was very powerful,
famed throughout the lands as one of the most talented magicians to
ever exist. He was always a riot to be around, and was loved by
many. But sadly, he was very lonely. He decided to travel the
country, searching for a companion."
While Hatter was telling the story, icy walked slowly towards
Stitches, and sat by her. Stitches thought it was a little strange
why someone who wanted everyone to die wanted to sit next to her,
but then she saw a little sadness in Icy's eyes. Stitches then
realized what was wrong with her, and softly smiled.
"One day, about a month into his journey, the magician was attacked
by bandits. You may think that because he was a magician, he would
be good at casting offensive spells, but you would be dead wrong.
The magician was an extremely passive man, and the bandits easily
overpowered him, taking everything he owned, leaving him on the
side of the road to die."
"The magician heard a rustling off to his left. Was it a predator,
hungry for raw flesh? Another Bandit come to finish the job? No,
what the magician saw coming out of the bushes was rabbit. A tiny
little rabbit with pure white fur. The rabbit had seen everything
that had happened, and felt terrible for the magician. She walked
up to the magician and lay by his side, though she hadn't eaten for
days, and waited for help to come."
Icy looked at Stitches, the story sounded like Stitches's in a way.
how she was abandon on a road, how Grace came to help, and wouldn't
leave stitches out of site. Stitches saw that icy was staring at
her, and she smiled. Icy couldn't help but smile too.
"Eventually, a unicorn stumbled upon them. Now I know you're
probably thinking something like "Unicorns? Those things are so
girly" or something like that. Now, if you are, you're way
off. Unicorns are basically like sword-fighting magic healing
horses. Pretty cool if you think about it that way, right? Well
anyways, a unicorn stumbled upon the two, half dead in the snow,
and he felt pity for them, so, he healed the two. Sort of. When the
two woke up, boy were they surprised!"
