if you have got a legend chip for the tall grass, you can go looking for legend pokemon in the tall grass (ofcourse). but the only way to get one throught the tall grass, is by getting a special stone for that specific legend. but its pretty hard to get a stone, and if you finally got one, you can only use it once! and the legend chip is 250,000 pd. pretty expensive for most of the players at pokeheroes. so what if you can also hunt legend pokemon without stones? just by buying the legend chip? i think it shouldnt be super rare legends, but there should be more legends optainable from the tall grass for sure!

I personally think it's fine the way it is right now. After all, they're legends. Legends were never meant to be easy/easier to get. Especially for the Tall Grass legends. It requires patience to find an egg in the one of the patch of grass. This suggestion sounds more like a complaint :b

I'll have to say no support on this one.

About the "Add new legends" part - not every legend is fully obtainable on PH yet, and some are already obtained via different ways. Most likely, some of the un-obtainable Pokemon may be obtainable through the Tall Grass in the future as well.
