If you go to Mohit_Cena's profile and see his Premium banner, you will see it glitched of some sort of way that I cannot explain. If I am wrong, please correct me, I triple-checked my zooming and it is at the default.

This is a known bug that has been mentioned in the premium forums. (There's a thread about premium banners that need fixing, and most of the megas are mentioned there.)
