Naturally? Definitely Mewtwo. However, there are certainly different factors to consider. One is Genesect's ability which boosts its stats and its super effective type + STAB boost on Mewtwo. Rayquaza could setup with dragon dance. However, factors aside, Mewtwo would wreck the others no doubt.
