Wolves of The Shadows (1x1 with wolfgirl2398, on hiatus)

he gulped and pinned his ear's back.
''u-um... heh..... h-hello a-alpha, sir.......'' he stammered.
(over protective father alert X3 lol)

why doesn't the alpha care for echo or storm...? he thought very confused.
he went to the trainee's den and curled up to sleep, but didn't get a chance to closing his eye's when scar walked over.
''had a good time with echo white-fang....?'' scar asked in a teasing chuckle.
''shut up scar..!'' he growled quietly, blushing madly.
Once they had been promoted out of 'Pup' state, they'd been kicked out of the Alpha's Cave, yet they weren't allowed to sleep in the Trainees' Den, meaning they had huddled up against each other, cold, right outside of the Alpha's Cave. And Adder let them. "I've talked to you both about being promoted to a Full Member of the Wolves of The Shadows. But that was only because it's sooner than before. You both are fourteen moons, and the Council and I..." He paused. Everything in the pack and their talks narrowed down to 'The Council and I...'. The one sentence the Alpha's Pups heard the most from their father, who barely talked to them. "We've decided that from now on, all trainee's must be promoted at an age limit, over eighteen moons." He said. "Oh, and you're sleeping in the Trainees' Den from now on," He added carelessly. "It's already been set up," Echo grumbled and turned away, but Adder stopped her. "Echo, stay here. Storm, you're dismissed."
What is he on about this time? Echo thought grimly, waiting for her father to get to the point. She wasn't listening, since he was going on about her age and heritage and all that trash... "Father, get to the point," She snapped. He stopped and stared at her, which made her worry if he would snap back, but he just chuckled. "Echo, your so much like your mother," He chuckled. A chill dashed through her. Her eyes seemed to drop. My mother...? She asked, but it didn't slip out of her mouth. "Back on subject," Adder grumbled, getting her back to life. "Be aware about who you choose as a... Um... Love interest, Echo. Think about what it could mean to your heritage, and our kin's name," He finished. Is he talking about White-fang?... Echo thought angrily. She was about to flip her lid and snap, but he stopped her with something else that left her rather... in a difficult state. "Rex's he-pup... Steal, was it? Rex has a good reputation," He added, as if it wasn't clear enough. So now her father was recommending he-wolves to her! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! Echo hissed in her mind.
"Goodbye, father," Echo grumbled and stormed out of the Alpha's Den. It was shadowy, and the sun seemed to drop down. Adder had told her something about Cinder setting up their sleeping places?...
Storm was happy with Cinder. Adder had mentioned her setting up the spots were they slept, and she'd put Storm next to her and Echo. Echo would probably be happy, too, since White-fang was near too. Unlike the Pup's Den, the Trainees' Den had nothing supportive on the ground except for the natural grass, and for warmth they just huddled up with each other. Not that Storm minded, he was next to Echo and, best of all, Cinder. Maybe their relationship was a bit shy, Storm still had hope. He was shy, and his personality changed a whole lot when he was near her. It could be the same with her, too. He loved the way her fluffed-out sandy-blonde fur was smooth and fluffy, and her pale, calm blue eyes were so different from the others... Echo nudged his cheek with her shoulder, interrupting his daydreaming. "Sleepy time." She said, lapping his cheek warmly. They crawled into the hoard of Trainees.

white-fang slept near them by himself, since his thick coat kept him warm at time's.
scar and dagger both were in the corner of the trainee den curled up against each other fast asleep.
teal and steel both took up a spot near the den entrance, but steel didn't seem to be asleep at all, his dark green eye's targeting white-fang.
Echo stirred, a chill suddenly slapping through her spine. Her neck tingled, and her head raised to see ballistic, angry dark-green eyes staring directly at the hump of white fur. Steel. She wondered if Adder had talked to Steel's father about pairing them up, but she hoped not. Pushing the thought away, she lay back down, still looking at Steel for protection.
