The fact they are flip, from what I know, comes from the image itself, that is flipped on wherever you have it saved. To put it right, go to windows thing that visualizes the image, there should be buttons at the bottom, two of them should be curved arrows. Click those until the image looks correctly and then re-sbumit them. That's the only thing I can think of :b
