"But... I don't know if I want to live alone..." said the Octillery. "I want to live with someone like you..." said Artillery. A tree suddently disappeared. "Um... Eclipse... I feel like we should run..." he said, looking at the space where the tree was.

"Yes, of course!" Tokko chirped, smiling happily. Having the Sliggoo on his team would be fun! Just wait until Haze met her, the two would get along great! They were both awkward, right?

Hm, so her name was Gummy. It was a cute name, and suited her very way. "I'm Tokko!" He replied happily. "Nice to meet you! Um...again?"

Eclipse || Espeon

A small blush crept its way onto Eclipse's cheeks, but it soon vanished as she blinked, looking towards a tree that...wasn't there?

"Huh? What do you mean?" She asked, looking around. However, if he said run, she should run; and she did. "Come on!" She urged.

"RUN!" said Artillery as he started running with Eclipse.

Some Trevenants were running behind them. "YOU CAN'T ESCAPE FROM US, ARTILLERY" growled a Trevenant.

"Trevenant! Why Trevenant?! Why not Sudowoodo!" said Artillery while running from the Trevenants.

"Partners..." Gummy whispered, slowly brimming with excitement at the realization that she now has one, forming a team. The thought of not going alone to dungeons and having to battle adversaries by herself anymore was awesome!

If Sliggoos could grin, she would be doing it now.

The dragon barely noticed when the guy talked. "So, uh, Tokko?... it's a nice name" Gummy complimented, trying to calm down "Oh, yeah, again... wait." She remembered the mission and looked in her bag for the paper about the job she took. There were three inside and the Sliggoo couldn't differenciate between each of them, so she showed them to Tokko.

"Well, I took a mission before we met and uh, you should know about it, now that we're a team. We shloud also go now." the snail said as they were heading towads the plaza.

Eclipse || Espeon

Eclipse continued to run, surprised at how fast an Octillery could move on land. She was definitely faster, though, and those Trevenant were catching up quickly.

"What the hell are those Trevenant doing after you?!" Eclipse called, her tail flicking as she ran.

Tokko || Togekiss

"Yep! Tokko," he said again, nodding. "Thanks! It's nothing really special, my mom just thought it suited me is all. T for Togekiss!" He laughed, although he didn't admit it was a lie. He didn't like to lie, but sometimes he just had to. He didn't know who his mother was at all; waking up as a Togepi instead of a human on a beach and meeting a little Froakie, he made up the name on the spot because it started with the same letter as the Pokémon he had become. He didn't really remember much from his human life, but he did remember that he was an orphan; no mom, no dad, no siblings, and no known relatives. He was miserable, being all by himself all the time and being so quiet and shy, so he gave this new life a chance, changing his entire attitude as well.

"A job? Sounds fun! What are they?" He asked, peering at the papers she held in her little purple hands. A get-to-know-your-new-partner mission would be great.

"They're thieves! I just got back what it's mine!" said the Octillery while running.

"GIVE US THE TM AND NO ONE WILL BE HURT"

"I have an idea!" thought Artillery, and took the TM35. He forgot Gunk shot to learn Flamethrower. "WANT THE TM35? HERE'S THE TM35" said Artillery, and started using flamethrower on the Trevenants.

"HOW DOES A WATER TYPE LEARN FIRE MOVES" said a Trevenant while running away. After that, all the trevenants ran away.

Eclipse stopped after the Trevenant began running, panting only for a moment as she regained her breath. afterwards, she looked to Artillery, nodding in approval at the attack. "Pretty good," she said with a small smile. "You should battle me sometime...just not now."

Sitting down for a small rest after running so far, she glanced at him. "Why'd they want your TM? what good is a Flamethrower to those nasty trees?"

"I think it is about uh..." Gummy tried to remember what the pokemon back in the notice board told her what the paper said. "Oh, It's a rescue mission in the Ragged Mountain, a uh... apparently a Starly chick ventured too far and uh, was reported lost early in this morning, or something like that."

Fun seemed like a weird way to describe a job, especially a rescue one. Maybe he loves his work? She waved the papers, hoping the information they had was the same she told to Tokko.

The Sliggoo was right though, the little bird was reported missing by their mother very early; and the job was published in the board minutes before she grabbed the respective papers and accepted it.

Fortunately for the little bird, the area wasn't very dangerous, but they still had to go as soon as possible. "So uh, leader..." Was Tokko the leader? they haven't decided yet; but the Togekiss apparently had more experience, and she is happy with just being a member. "Are you ready?"

Shrugging, Eclipse shook out her ruffled fur before sitting down. "Well, whatever the cause, they're gone, now," she said, licking her purple paw to smoothen out the fur covering it. "We should have a battle sometime. I'd love to see some more of your skills."

Tokko || Togekiss

Perking up his red and blue ears, Tokko focused on listening about the mission, tilting his head to the side. "Another Starly?" He asked. "Man, they always seem to be getting lost in the Mystery Dungeons...but it's kinda hilarious if you think about it, right?"

Letting out a laugh, he smiled at her. "Of course! I'm ready whenever you are!"

The Togekiss didn't like thinking about the Rescue Missions as a job, but more as...a hobby, maybe? Either way, he got to explore new areas, get rare items and rescue Pokémon. It was a win-win-win!

Then, when she called him a leader, he couldn't hold in a laugh. "Me? Leader?" He laughed again, then smiled. "I know it must seem like that, but I'm really not the leader. I wanted my partner to become it, for he's much more powerful than I am. Well, more leader-like material than a silly 'ole Togekiss like me, anyways."

Taking a pause, he continued. "My- or, our leader's sort of...well, he seems cold-hearted at first, but I promise he's a really cool guy. You just have to warm up to him!" As if it was a horrible secret, his whispered, "He's sort of got...trust issues."

The dragonair had returned from her mission, but with no team. "I wonder why other Pokémon fear me..." she grumbled and headed over to the shop area.

They are both accepted, however...we only accept one of each Pokémon species here. Make sure that when they evolve, their evolutions are both different and neither of them are Espeon for we already have one. ))
