I think you should get a notification for when you hatch a mega-able pokemon, and be able to turn this off. It is annoying to have to look through your boxes and try to find a mega able pokemon if you are hunting one.

I feel this was suggested and rejected before.

Every time you hatch an egg, if it is mega it will have a mega bubble next to it, and if you're shiny/mega hunting then chances are you'll be in your storage box either releasing these reject Pokemon or moving them to another box to make room for eggs. You'll see if it's mega or not.
