I see this on most forums that support BBCode, and I was wondering what the current status is on having a post-editing bar. This is a bar that has little buttons to click that insert a certain formatting code, like the italics or bold codes. I don't know what the current thoughts is on that here, but I know on forums where I make larger posts, I generally find it more conducive to my posts to have a quick-access bar instead of having to hand-code everything. This would, of course, mainly concern basic text formatting codes and not every code there is. I've seen some sites have basic formatting codes and then a link to a coding guide including codes supported by the site.
