Now first of all, I'd like to apologize about how long this contest turned out to be. I don't really have an excuse for that. I've just been quite busy lately, but now it's finally time to announce the three winners!
I have to say, all the entries were awesome ♥ But as we know, there can only be three winners. I'll be honest and say that it wasn't easy to pick the top 3, because they were all lovely submissions.
THE WINNERS
3rd Place Piolla123
I really admire the pose you made for Axel. You made him look very powerful and fearless - and I really like that. Another thing I like is how well it goes with the background. The background looks very nice, and the idea with the stars is very creative.
However, there are a few things which could be added/changed. It seems that the wings do not have an outline like the body and head do. It makes it seem like the wings are a part of the background, and not entirely connected to the Pokemon itself.
Another thing I can see about the wings is that one was copied, pasted, and rotated. I personally would find it better if you could try re-drawing it as well as you can, rather than copying it and pasting it.
Other than that, I think you have done well with this, and it looks lovely ^^
2nd Place Girafarig
Ah. I find this beautiful. I really like the nature mood in this drawing, and you definitely showed his "wild" side/character. The shading and lighting looks very smooth, and perfect for the scene. The detail is amazing as well.
Just a few things which can be pointed out. It's right wing looks slightly shorter than the left wings it's sticking out. The same about the claws (on the wings). The claws which are gripping onto the tree seem to be shorter than the claws on the left wing.
Overall, beautiful piece ♥ It really sets the mood.

Words cannot describe my love for this drawing. It's so simple, yet it just looks simply outstanding. Such a majestic looking pose, and very fitting smug, facial expression. Both the pose & expression show her character very well.
The star effects around her make her look magical, and the idea is very nice as well.
I can't see anything major that can be added/fixed, as everything is perfect.
However, the neck looks a little too long - but is not that noticeable.
Now. I will put the prices in the GTS, and will send the PD to the winners :)
Thank you to everyone who have taken part in this contest. I loved everyone's submissions, but only 3 could have been picked.
