Hai Pika! You can't get them yet. :3 You have to wait until they're obtainable. (Read first post) And then you have to earn them by clicking eggs, battling, socializing, etc. ^3^

Good thing I finally figured out how to get activity points with this past event!
I SO want to the Cuddlithe and Raylong most, but I would like to collect each one of them!
