Maebure stepped in front of his friend, his broken wing still twitching.

"Maebure...they seem friendly-"

"No, they don't. They seem like fools..."

He blinked away the remaining tears clouding his eyes.

"They don't-"

"FOOLS!"

He bared his sharp fangs, with his wing twitching slightly more rapidly.

"They're here to help us. Not hurt us..."

"Where's your proof, Tych."

The clear evidence is both our enemies are the same common enemy. The Shadow Pokemon must learn to stay in their place.
And Yes we have 2 shadow pokemon on our team but they are friendly and on our side.

And yes we may seem like fools but that's because of how comfortable we are. So please just give it a try.

Ms thunder: I- need to tell you something…i did something-in the night…I went on a hunt and I found-a injured deoxys and I took it home and- I’ve been taking care of it . I didn’t tell anyone till now and it was bothering me for the whole time I didn’t tell you…*she says with a sad expression on her face *

Friend you have a big heart and I adore that about you but you need to be careful about who you bring into the base.
Any one of these pokemon now could be a Impostor...

As for training is anyone up for a battle???

Maebure's eyes twitched. Shadow Pokémon. He glanced back at his wing, hoping that no-one had noticed the twitching and faint purple-

"I'm so sorry about Maebure...he...isn't a fan of people. Once you get to know him, he should be-"

"...Shadow Pokémon..."

"Huh?"

"Shadow Pokémon...you remember that, right?"

"Yeah. Why do you-"

Maebure tapped the Snom, making it turn into a wisp.

"It's not safe here then. C'mon, we have to leave."

Maebure turned to leave. They placed their right paw down, forgetting there was glass wedged in it.

"MAEBURE, WAIT!"

The Absol winced and weakly walked towards a nearby tree.

The Snom refabricated and sighed.

"Thank the fallen you've got me here to heal you, buddy..."

The Snom seemed to have a happy expression.

"Of course!"

"I...remember saving you from that Shadow Pikachu that day...

He looked at his bleeding paw and tugged at the bandages.

"Heheh. Fun times, huh?"

"Yeah. By the way, you should be healed now. Or, at least, the pain should be slightly soothed. How do you feel?"

"A bit better, thanks."

Maebure’s eyes remained closed. He smiled weakly as he remembered the days he spent with his friend before the turned into the ghostly being they were now.

“What’s it like? Being able to shapeshift and all?”

”It’s both a blessing and a curse. I get to protect you, but there’s a risk I black out…or even… die.

The Absol’s eyes widened.

“You won’t die. I promise you won’t.”

The Snom maintained their happy expression.
