Aurora's hair slowly fades to a ginger, and her eyes become a piercing green. "Alright. About a mile that way there's a... a well you'll find out. We need to hurry." she says, sounding determined. "Follow me!" she says, and she takes off in the specified direction. Holly lets out a mischievous smile and changes into a black panther. She bounds away after Aurora. Heidi looks back and gives Suvansh an unexplained nasty look, chasing after Holly and Aurora.

Suvansh raises an eyebrow at the sudden look but he just ignored it and ran after a Aurora. He did now know what to expect here, but he was ready... At least he hoped he was.

When they finally arrived at the place Aurora had mentioned, Holly gasped. It was a brick buidling, with mold and moss covering it. The roof was caved in. Aurora shivered. "Aurora... was this the... the place where?" Holly trails off when she sees the look on Aurora's face. "The branding of iron." she said, with a nod. Holly gasped again. Heidi interrupted with a cough. "Branding of iron?" she asked, sounding curious. Aurora sighs. "You'll find out soon enough." she says, sounding dejected.

Suvansh grimly looked around the room. Iron branding...he didn't know what that was... Aurora never mentioned it...but suddenly he let out a gasp, as he remembered about the weird tattoo on her neck. Could it be related? That would even explain the bad vibes he recieved from the brick walls, and from Aurora herself. Oh did he wanna give her a hug- but there were more pressing matters for now- like saving Lenora-

Aurora pointed her wand. "Venatores Revelamini!" she cried, and a bright flash of golden light burst from her wand tip and sped off towards the building. Four figures were illuminated. One appeared to be hitting the smallest one, who appeared to be tied up. Aurora gasps. "Okay. I have some unfinished business I need to take care of, you three stay here. What ever you do, do NOT rush into battle on my behalf." she says, risking a glance at Suvansh. She clenches her fist before beginning to approach the building.

Heidi pokes Suvansh. When he turns to look at her, she gestures behind them, making mad gestures with her hands. Finally, she just mouths the words "people behind us."

Suvansh scowls at Aurora. Of course he won't be letting her alone- if anything was to happen to her- but as he thought so, Heidi poked him. He made an annoyed face at her, but soon understood what she was trying to tell him. He himself looks bout the corner of his eyes, as he hears a chunk of bricks fall off a corner of the yard. This building is old and rusty, he took note, not the best idea to stay inside for long, but then his notice went towards the person who actually made the sound, poising his wand for battle. He looks at Heidi and Holly, as if wanting to warn them to stay back and leave the work for him, but Holly seemed to be already approaching the people, with the maniac snarl she always was equipped with. He tried to call her back, but it was too late, but he managed to give Heidi a quick word, asking her to stay back, while he charged ahead towards the figures himself, trying to outrun Holly.
As one of the men didn't suspect him coming around behind him, Suvansh quickly turns into an elegant, white tiger, and let's out a loud roar, alerting them of his presence. The one who was right near him was so taken out of the blue, that he almost had a heart attack, but he managed to crawl away from Suvansh, not wanting to be near any creature that could snap his head off. Suvansh turned back into human and let out a laugh, poising his wand again, the syllables of the spell protego lingering around in his mind to cast quick if someone took a move.

Heidi claps her hands and points at one of the men. She stuns him. When she notices the looks of shock she's getting she just shrugs. "I can perform any harmful spell wandless. Remember, psychopath??" she says, sounding indifferent. Holly just nods and turns back to human. "We remember. Well I remember, I don't think Suvansh ever even knew but..."

"Well, I know enough about your chaotic nature not to be baffled" Suvansh let's off an awkward laugh, not really saying this offensively. He watches as a random goon throws some curse at him. The voice was illegible, but the beam was as green as it got- not taking chances, he just dodged the beam swiftly and knocked the caster off their feet with a swift flipendo, followed by a Petrificus Totalus.

Meanwhile, Aurora is face to face with the man who burned the ink into her skin. "You tried to kill me once. And it failed. Do you really want to try again?" the threat in her voice is audible. The man laughs. "Oh don't worry. You aren't the target this time." he points at her sister. "She is."

Suvansh didn't know who these people were, or what they were doing here, but they were of course evil, because one, they were trying to literally kill him, two, they had Lenora hostage, and three, just Aurora said so and they didn't emit great vibes! So there was no holding back for Suvansh. Of course he won't kill any of them, but he didn't back out from giving any fatal blows as a tiger, or by using magic. If the bleeding or so would go really outta hand, he would simply do some medical magic to make sure no one would die by his hands, but such opportunities were low, just cause first of all he never went really out of hand with his powers, and then, if it ever happened, like with that one person whose back was bleeding, they were swiftly rescued by their companions. He glanced around at others quite often, particularly at Aurora, but wasn't really able to hear any conversations over the loud voices.

"Why do you hate my family so much?" Aurora asked, as the two began a duel that would surely end in death. "It isn't your family in particular, it is your kind." the man responds. "My... my kind?" she asks, sounding confused. "The ones from the past. The ones that don't belong. The ones that don't deserve to be here!" she barely dodges a killing curse.

As most of the goons around the back were defeated or mostly weak, his attention turned towards Aurora, who was seemingly talking to the leader of the pack. As they started a duel, he heard more of their convo, in particular the last line, about her not belonging here. As he sees her barely dodge the killing curse, his blood starts boiling. With an expelliarmus, he turned into his animagus form and pounded on the man, pinning him with his claws, snarling wildly. He wanted to shout at him, tell him Aurora belonged her as much as he or any other person did, but he could only do much in this form.

Aurora suddenly realizes the man's plan. "Suvansh move!" she shrieks, leaping towards him to shove him away. It was so simple, all along. Why, no HOW did she not see it? The man was crazy. She would call him a psychopath, but that would be an insult to Heidi. A memory flashes into Aurora's mind.

"I refuse." she snarls. Aurora faces her attacker, her hands bound, and her eyes blindfolded. "I will not give you what you want." she says stubbornly. The grim faced man turns to the men behind him. "Kill her. And don't make it quick, I want it slow. That means no magic." he says in his low gravelly voice. Aurora feels her blood turn to ice. "If I die, I'm taking you all down with me. I'll show you Scamander loyalty. This is what you get for hurting my father, trying to kill me, kidnapping my sister and threatening to hurt Suvansh!" she spins around, breaking the chair she had been tied to. She flicks out her wrist and a sharp knife appears in her hand. She slices through her bonds with an expert hand, and frees herself. Her broken wand lay useless upon the ground. She throws the knife at one of the men charging her, and pinned his coat to the wall. "Stupefy!" four voices echo around the room. Aurora ducks, just in time. She lunges towards one of the men, and grabs his wand. "Bombarda Maxima!" she screams, pointing the wand at the ceiling. An explosion. Aurora curses at the gravelly faced man from before stabs her in the arm. Aurora feels him wrench the wand from her hand and press it to her neck. She screams, as she can feel something branded into her skin. Cold, chilling rage sweeps through her. She kicks the man as hard as she can, and runs, the room collapsing behind her. She feels a man's hand on the back of her neck. Searing, uncontrollable pain, unlike anything she has every experienced strikes her. It feels like someone is branding something into her skin. She shrieks and shakes the man off.

Suvansh was surprized by her sudden warning, though he didn't quiver. Of course she's just saying that because she doesn't want me to barge in- he couldn't be sure, but his instincts just won't let him back out from here, though his snarl seemingly faded. Before he could do anything else, he felt a burst of emotions coming through the link between his and Aurora's mind. He sees through all of the flashback. Threaten...to hurt me? How- how would these people even know him? And then, why did Aurora stand upto him? As the tattoo wasn't there the previous year, this of course happened in the summer break...when Aurora wasn't even talking to him...still she cared for him? As the memory faded, and as the echos of Aurora's screams leave his mind, he turned back into human, trying to get up, but...something felt wrong...he couldn't move...

Anger. Anger like Aurora's never felt in her life. This man just kidnapped her sister. This man just hurt Suvansh. This man was going to pay. Aurora slashes her wand like a sword. The man crumples over, Aurora can feel herself losing her self control.

Outside, Holly and Heidi have finished cleaning up the goons. The ended up making it a competition to see who could take out the most goons. They were now arguing about who won.

Suvansh...Couldn't move...at least not according to his free will...as if, someone was possessing him! Then the though ran over his mind, that the person, or someone else, must've imperioed him! His rage increases exponentially, but he couldn't do anything. Even after Aurora lashed the man, the control only thrattled momentarily. He must be strong with his magic...Suvansh thought. Suddenly, he jerked straight ahead, against his will, and turned towards Aurora. Wands poised. He felt a voice in his head, telling him to do a spell...a spell he never wanted to try again...the one he tried on spiders, in his sixth grade...crucio. Seemingly, these people didn't wanna have him kill Aurora...yet...but, he couldn't hurt her- he couldn't let them hurt her- he had to resist, he had to break free from the spell... As his head starts paining and spinning under the spell, and by the sheer effort of resisting it, he almost fell over to his knees. While his hearing was mostly subdued by the thoughts in his head, he could faintly hear the cries of Aurora, trying to calm him, compose him. Motivating him to snap out of it. And so he did. He broke free of the spell, and instead of doing the spell on Aurora, he pointed his wand at the now almost fainted man, who was potentially the head of all this, who threatened Aurora, who threatened...him...and tried to make him hurt Aurora...he channeled all the anger he felt, and let out a blow, as the spell crucio to the man. He heard him shriek, and writhe in pain. He felt his other accomplices come to his rescue, firing spell after spell on Suvansh, but with a quick detour and a few flipendos later, all of them were lying on the floor. Suvansh had lost it. Completely. "You. Dare. Touch. Aurora. Again. And. I. Kill. You." He says, in pure rage. Never once does he look away from the man. He recalls the hate in his voice, against Aurora, and against Lenora, merely because they were from the past.

Aurora unexpectedly drops to the ground. She begins gasping for breath, as if the spell Suvansh had used had effected her somehow as well. She shrieks and her hand drops to the ground. Her wand rolls out of her hand. Her fingertips are blackened, like they were burned. She screams again, but this time her eyes are on Lenora. While they had been distracted, one of the goons had snuck up on them. She reaches for her wand and tries to turn it on the man, but it's too late. Lenora's eyes fly open. "Auror-Aurora?" she asks, in a small voice. Aurora's tries to respond. "Hey Nora." she says, her voice breaking. Lenora smiles at her sister. "Thank you for rescuing me." she whispers. The man stabs Lenora with a long knife. Lenora smiles for a second, before crumpling to the ground. "No- no- no... n-n no!" Aurora's voice starts to break again. "LENORA NO!" for a second a crazy look enters her eyes. One of desperation and sadness. "You." she says, pulling herself to her feet and glaring at the man who had killed her sister. "You will burn." she says. She slashes her wand and a whip of fire snaps towards the man. He screams. "Now you know the branding of iron. Now you know, what the little girl felt. Now you know, what I felt. And now you die." she says. The fire coils around the man and he dies. Aurora turns towards Suvansh, but doesn't say anything. She lightly pushes her out of the way. She pushes the hair off her neck with her wand hand, and places her other hand on the black ink. She clamps down on the man's arm with her hand and within seconds, he is gone. Aurora stands there for a second, swaying. She crumbles to the ground and begins to cry.

Suvansh, in all his rage and anger, forgot about Lenora completely...He didn't hear Aurora screaming when he cast the spell, but he did, indeed hear her the second time...and it brought him back to his senses. His eyes hollowed in shock as he comprehended what he just did. He used...one of the unforgivable curses...he literally beckoned so much to his rage that he almost killed a man...
Once he managed his emotions, he looked towards Aurora and Lenora, realising what just happened. He...killed her... He had failed...he failed Aurora...he failed Lenora...he failed himself. He wasn't here to give into his rage and to hurt a person, but to merely save Lenora. But he just...forgot that. He looks in horror as Lenora's body rolls about the floor, and then looks at Aurora burning the man alive...
Tears well his eyes, but he had to compose himself. He had to compose Aurora. He kneels down next to Aurora, wrapping his arms round her. "I- I'm sorry-" he couldn't make himself to speak at all. He knew, he could've saved her, only if he...wasn't too busy playing with that other man. If he snapped back to his senses earlier, he would've saved Lenora. It was his fault. And he didn't know how to make upto it. He didn't know how losing your only sibling would feel, but he didn't even wanna imagine. Thoughts about Rohit cross his mind...what if...no, he couldn't even imagine him dying. But he just couldn't shake off the feeling that Lenora died due to him. The guilt, just welled up in his throat. Even deeper than for using the cruciatus curse. "I'm sorry." He repeated.

Aurora doesn't respond for a while. She just stares at her sister in shock. The horror of the situation has only just begun to take it's toll on her. She raises her wand, but flinches as if the wand weighed to much for her to bear. She waves it over her sisters body. It begins to shimmer slightly, and slowly disappears. In it's place is a flower. Upon seeing it Aurora breaks down again. "She loved lilies." she says finally. Aurora lowers her head and her arm. Feedback from Suvansh burns its way into her mind. "It isn't your fault. I was supposed to protect her. I wasn't supposed to come back this year. I was going to stay in Ilvermony to watch over my sister. This is all my fault." she whispers, her voice cracking. "It's because I was stubborn and stupid that she's dead. It's all my fault..." her voice seems to die in her throat.

Suvansh stays silent for the first few moments. But when Aurora replied, he couldn't resist. "No- no- no- it's not your fault- you- I-" he wanted to say something, but he was just at a lost of words. Just thinking that Aurora might not have even come to Hogwarts this year... "Besides, I could've saved her, but I didn't!" He said. He knew this wasn't the time to argue, but he couldn't even let Aurora take all the blame for herself, and to feel guilty ever after. He looks around, seeing as the goons had mysteriously all just vanished, seemingly after seeing Aurora burn their accomplice alive. As for Holly and Heidi...they seemed to just be speechless.
