Forum-Index → Roleplay → The Shinigami versus the mortalsShe fell to the floor, blood soaking her shirt and the floor. She could already feel herself slipping away... It was hard to tell from what. Was she losing consciousness due to her wound or because of her? ‘That makes it #35... When will you stop? When will you learn that your actions
After a few minutes of silence, there was finally movement. Irie slowly stood up and took the knife right out of her body. Just after a few seconds, the wound completely healed and no bloodstains were to be seen. The pure black eyes stared out of the window, determining it’s next move. Grabbing her kantanas, Irie and her evil grin walked out the door and headed out into the alley.

Tsu sat in his little bed, chucking a baseball into the air. He used to be on his own little baseball team when he was 10, and he was one of the star players. Those days were gone and Tsu thought it was foolish to think about them any further. He sat up and looked at the baseball with a cocky grin, having the feeling that today was going to be very interesting. He got dressed and headed out the door, his knives randomly scattered in his coat pockets. He had a feeling that there was going to be Shinigami around, which he liked.
Inside the chamber, the meeting had already begun and the leaders were sitting on a octagonic table. There were eight seats, Seven of them were for the executives and the other one was the leader. The grunts stood in the shadows listening to their superiors. Arashi blended in the crowd and listened intently while the leader was about to give a speech.
"The plan is in fruition! Alas! We've waited 1000 years for this, we've stored up 1000 years of power in a capsule and preserved all this while hiding in the shadows when the humans began to built the emperor
Our friends were slained and our families torn apart! But no more! It's our time to rise! I have one of the key to unlock the seal to our stored power in a vessel I found in Ramses Pyramid, the rest are located somewhere in the Ariadne Forest, the Sleeping willows and the Drench. We'll Devide into groups and pursue them, kill any human who tries to stop you. Kill any Shinigamis who tries to stop you. Kill every exorcist you find on your way! The humans have begun to build weapons to destroy us...but never fear! We'll complete our mission before they finish building their machine! Rise! And shine fellow comrades!!" The whole guild roared in thunderous uproar.
Arashi knew the gravity of the situation by now, if they were Successful in their attempts then the human world will fall and Shinigamis will be at the top of the food chain. Mortal weapons could no longer damage those Shinigamis and immortal weapons could hardly make them bleed. He scurried off as soon as he got the chance and sat on a rooftop near the water tower to think. "This is really bad...if this really happens everyone I know will die soon.. I need to find a master and fast"
"Yeah, yeah. I'll give you a reward," she said as she gave him a whole deer leg. The wolf let out a happy bark and claimed it's reward. Kori smiled and went to stow her weapons away when a rustle in the bush alerted her. She held her bow.
Someone was here.
Irie had spotted a strange man, distracting her from Gale. He was staring at her... She smiled and gave a light chuckle. “What are you lookin at...” she muttered under her breath, making sure he didn’t hear

A bottle on the floor got crushed, under Samton's foot. The shinigami turned around, dropping their victim's dead body on to the ground, and glared at the two standing there.
"Come on, we're heading for the village," she said as she dressed up properly other than her hunting gear. The wolf barked. It paced around excitedly. She locked her house doors and took the dirt trail to the village.
"Hopefully, I don't encounter any Shinigamis," she muttered. It's not that she's scared or weak against them. She had the weapons after all. It's just that she doesn't like it when she sees them and memory flashes through her head. She shook it off and continued her walk to the village.
Kira knew he was in trouble, with just one bullet left. The shinigami walked closer. Samton took out his sword, and swung, which the shinigami easily dodged. Kira shot to the shinigami's left side, and as they dodged the bullet, the sword went through their body. The shinigami, was dead.
"Bread, oil, salt. What else is missing?" she asked herself because she felt like she forgot to get something. Then again, she was very forgetful She sighed. "Maybe I should get a notebook as well," she mumbled as she walked closer to a stall selling stationaries. She reached it when she saw an array of colourful lights in the distance. She shrugged and walked inside the shop.
The shop was a little gloomy since it was actually a little late already. She quickly bought the notebook and got out to get home.
"Observe! Shinigami have no power over me. Here I stand, gripping the very sword that slew a shinigami. I have administered Death to the so-called 'god of death'! Their very own swords against them. Their end is in my hands. You may be 'Kira', but I am their Kira. The End... of the end!"
