Cyndaquil nodded, and smiled. "Yeah" He said cheerfully and went to the pile of shells.

Lion nodded, and blinked. He nodded, "I'll try it out later." He said gently and smiled at Faye.

Dusk took the branch and placed it on top for the smaller pokemon while Rose also went over to the pile of shells.


"Sure." Robert mused hoping that Drew didn't remember his thing about promises. As long as I don't say promise I can skirt around the promise. After all, I am unsure if I can keep the promise.

"I don't believe you." Drew stated plainly. "Not one bit, cause you've never really kept a promise." she shrugged.

Lion nodded and blinked. "That's true. It'll come out though." He said cheerfully and smiled slightly.

Cyndaquil looked through the shells, he accidentally bumped into Rose. "Whoops sorry." He said slightly embarrassed, and took a step back, he was holding a small heart shaped shell in his paws.

Robert flinched at that and removed his arm from Drew's grasp. "I keep my promises. I just bend them at times to protect those I care for." He whispered.


"It's fine." Rose mused as she shot a large grin at Cyndaquil.

"Yeah, right. You suck at lying." Drew said, obviously hurt. She turned around, heading into deeper water.

Lion chuckled as well and smiled. "That sounds about right." He said cheerfully, and blinked.

Cyndaquil nodded and smiled back at Rose, he handed the shell to Rose. "What about this one?" He asked cheerfully.

Robert sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Ths is going great." He muttered to himself.


Jamie raised an eyebrow as Drew swam past him. "Something happened chica? You, Mir, and Robert seemed like you were having fun."



"It's perfect." Rose mused happily as she took it from him. She pressed a small kissed to his cheek. "Thank you."

"Yeah, huh, now that I think about it!" Faye smiled.

"Freaking Robert." Drew cursed under her breath. "I told him to promise not to die slash get hurt, and he didn't. And then he lied about it."

Jamie sighed slightly. "He probably didn't make the promise because it's an impossible one to keep given our duties in Orre. As for the lying, what part did he lie about?"


Rose gave another large smile before going and putting the shell in a pocket in Jamie's bag. She ran back over. "I wanted to keep it." She admitted with a blush.

Cyndaquil blushed slightly and nodded slowly. He shifted his weight in embarrassment and nodded. "Understandable. I-it's a pretty shell." He said gently, and blinked.

"It is. Also, an awesome pokemon gave it to me so why wouldn't I keep it?" Rose mused as she messed with the necklace around her neck.

Lion laughed and smiled he continued to splash Faye. "What? I didn't start it!" He joked warmly.

Cyndaquil nodded, and smiled. He looked at the necklace on Rose's neck before gently nuzzling Rose. "I'm glad you like the shell. I mean, I had to give it to an equally amazing pokemon" He said gently, and nodded to Tiger's bag where the necklace Rose had given him was safely on a strap. He'd been afraid of destroying it when he used a flamethrower or another move since it had been made out of wood.

"That's love for you." Jamie mused with a chuckle. "Though I'll tell you he won't purposely do anything he thinks will hurt you unless he absolutely has to. Even when he does it with a grain of salt and hates himself for it."

Rose smiled and blushed at that. She was happy he still had the necklace she had given him.

Cyndaquil smiled back at Rose and nodded to the shells. "Come on let's decorate Leaf before he wakes up." He said cheerfully, and nudged Rose before going back to the pile of shells.

Lion laughed and shook his head as she managed to hit him in the face. "Alright you got me." He said in mock defeat and floated on his back.
