Emerald: Very well, now, how do we decide their punishment?

Angell: Your honor, I would like to call some people to the stand, and they will either make their punishment better or worse.

Emerald: Very well Angell, who will you call up first?

Angell: I call Luke to the stand!

Luke walks up nervously to the stand, “I think that their punishment should be bad for all the damage that they have caused to Mew, and for what they intended to do with it. Also all the trouble they have caused with R! They deserve some sympathy due to how they acted with Mewtwo and showing compassion, however that much power should not be trusted with R!”

"To be honest I don't like those of team Rocket, and I think their punishment should be kinda bad for harming Mew....However, seeing how they reacted with Mewtwo even if I don't trust them as far as I can throw them...maybe there is good in them and cant just throw that away eh."

Chloe gets up,tells Chara and Mark to stay and starts to speak

"It is true that they should get a bad punishment after the state Angell and Chara,my umbreon, found mew. They did attack us to get Mew from our protection. Not long after we found them with MewTwo. I didn't see it all because we were being held back while Archer went to fight MewTwo. I may have not seen anything happen before we got past but Chara did and if anyone has a translator then I am sure she would like to speak"

Chara was sitting next to Mark. Her ears pricked up at the sound of her name.

"While everyone was battling,I sneaked through the shadows and found Mewtwo,who was being challenged by Archer. I attempted to stop them,but I was thrown back. Next thing I know the two were friends,like nothing happened. But it seemed as if Archer turned the legendary against me and my friends as we were all sent flying back into a wall. And that's as much as i can remember"

Emerald: If that’s all you saw, then there is a chance that before they befriended each other, they were gonna duke it out, and from want I know, mewtwo doesn’t like being interrupted in a battle.
