Now is your last opportunity to get your hands on a few extra tickets before the winners are decided- and, yes, the number of tickets most definitely will count this time! (It won't for choosing the 10th Sunbro, though. Sunbros are random.)

Alright, bear with me here.
I will be using RandomPicker.com to determine the winners of the raffle. I have already entered all the participants, along with their respective tickets, into the system.
However...
I've run into a problem with how the website works. For some reason, I cannot give any participant a ticket value greater than 1000. In other words, I am unable to give m_hewson and Zotz their appropriate number of tickets. don't know why, but that's just how the website works.
"So, why not just give them each several entries, each worth 1000 tickets? Wouldn't that fix it?"
Yes, but that would make it unfair for the other participants because they could be selected for multiple prizes, which is not how I intended this raffle to work. Only one reward may be distributed to any single participant. Which means that I have to do four separate drawings, one for each prize. Simple.
...except the website doesn't allow you to do that, either. >-< Once the raffle is conducted, it locks up and doesn't let you pick another winner. I could make four separate raffles, but it takes several hours just to enter everyone's tickets for one raffle, let alone four. Really frustrating.
SO, THIS IS WHAT I'M GOING TO DO TO FIX THIS HUGE PROBLEM.
I am going to conduct three test drawings for the bottom three prizes, and one final drawing for the Ditto, which will be the drawing that locks up the raffle. This will ensure that no participant will be able to win more than one prize and that everyone has the right number of tickers. I will have to take a screenshot of the first three drawings, since RandomPicker won't post those, but the final drawing for the Ditto will be published onto their website for everyone to see.
Very confusing, I know. I just wanted to explain this to everyone so no one comes in all confused like "wait why aren't the other prizes shown on the raffle results?" This is why. Websites are complicated.

K, nevermind! That doesn't work! I will be doing the Ditto raffle FIRST, then the others! I just realized that if I do the Hoenn Legendary raffle first, that means that someone with more tickets is probably going to get stuck with something they didn't want.
So THIS is what we're going to do.
I'm going to have to do a Test Draw for the Ditto, the Articuno, and the Mega Charizards. The Hoenn Legendaries will be the test drawing that is posted. The Ditto, Articuno, and Mega Charizards will be screenshots. Yes, I know this makes the raffle dependent on my integrity. I could just as easily keep pressing "Test Drawing" over and over till I get the winner that I won't.
You have my word this is not what will happen.
I wish there was a way I could make this raffle more transparent. However, this is the only way I can make this completely fair for everyone. I hope that you guys trust me for this. I'm sorry for all the confusion!

Title: Raffle Winners
Here are the raffle results!
With a total of 2100 tickets, m_hewson won the Ditto! Proof.
With a total of 3404 tickets, Zotz won the Articuno! Proof.
With a total of 500 tickets, DorkyWerewolf won MegaCharizard X and Y! Proof.
And with a total of just 102 tickets, Ashwish won the Hoenn Legendaries! Proof.
Here's a screenshot of the tickets page to show how the results were determined. Zotz, m_hewson, and DorkyWerewolf are absent from the ticket list, since I removed their tickets after they won a prize.
And the last Sunbro is Bigbearz1991! Proof.
I will set up the prizes in Private Trades with their respective recipients. If the prize is not claimed within one month, a new winner will be selected. I will also Palpad and PM everyone to ensure that no one misses their prize.
Thank you to everyone who has participated! I could not have gotten this far without you guys, and although I have not yet hatched a shiny Zekrom, I have faith that I will hatch one soon! If anyone has any concerns or questions, my Palpad is always open! I will continue to buy Dark Stones until the first shiny is hatched.
