Lise grinned. "Well, we're super close. He's like my stupid brother I have to babysit. But in the end he always seems to be the one babysitting me... But thats not the point. Are you up for the last dance?" She asked.

Troye walked over to a butler and whispered something to him, and the butler nodded and hurried away. Troye waited, and he also looked around, not sure who he wanted to dance with for the very last dance. He would have danced with Lise, but she was probably going to dance with her soulmate. "Hm..."

Mavet blinked up at Adam for a moment, then began to laugh. She held out her wrist, revealing the blank skin. "Me too. I noticed while we were dancing." She hummed softly, winking. "So I guess we're soulmates?" She said, light hesitance in her voice. She shifted, taking another drink as she gazed up at Adam.

Oliver took the snack plate, smiling. "Hm. I suppose I should meet her later, then?" He hummed, blinking up at James. He gave a smile, and took a bite of a cracker on his plate. He hummed. He loved crackers.

''that's still really cool.... and sure! oh, and remind me to write my number down on a napkin, that way i can give it to you so you have my number'' Alicia said.
she took her cup of water from Lise and sipped it, sighing quietly.

''i guess, that's sort of why i asked if you could of repeated what you said earlier... for clarification and to see if it clicks in my head if that had been what was written on my arm...'' Adam muttered, a little hesitant himself while still blushing faintly in embarrassment as he put his sleeve back in place.

James nodded, cracking a slight smile as he ate some of his snacks. He really enjoyed panacotta. They were delicious. ""I suppose. She'd love you, I'm sure." The teen said, and he meant it too. Corrie would definitely like Oliver.

Corrie realized it was time for the last dance. A part of her wanted to have it with Troye for some reason, but she did not act on the feeling. It felt rude and selfish, as if she was hogging Troye for herself.

Troye looked up to see the butler from before and Troye winked at him. The butler nodded and queued the live orchestra, and people started pairing up. Troye hesitated, but he wasn't sure why. There were people everywhere, it would certaintly be easy to pick out a dancing partner. So what was the matter? He did it before.

He just shook his head and took someone's hand, and they didn't hesitate. He could always change partners if he really wanted to. He knew he had to at least once with this particular song. It was expected, to be fair. Meanwhile, Lise took Alicia's hand and gave a goofy grin. "I think I've sorta got this..?" She said, but it sounded more like a question.

Alicia blushed faintly and giggled quietly.
''let me go set my cup down at least'' she said.

Adam looked over and blinked, then looked at Mavet and tilted his head a bit after he put his cup down.
''hey, join me for the last dance....?'' he asked, smiling a little.
