Grinning, Selena ran out of the gym and into the contest crowd, taking her seat next to Melody. "Hey Melody, is Clover competing?"

Clover tied a bell on a purple ribbon around her Umbreon's neck. "You ok Nyx?" She ask her Pokemon. "Bre, Breon!" Was the reply. She smiled. Looking at Celia, now a Drifblim, and Robin Hood, so close to evolving, a sense of pride swelled. She had come this far. And she wasn't giving up until the world turned upside down.

Parisa nodded and undid the bun on the top of her hair only to tie it into her signature ponytail with the rest of her hair.

Fenna couldn't respond to anyone at the moment. She was in her own mind, trying to find the least humiliating way, she would take at this contest. Right now, Helioptile shocking her with Parabolic Charge was the least one.
You could really see her nervosity in her face. Even her Kirlia started to worry a bit.

You know the first rule in combat? Shoot them before they shoot you.

Drake doesn't go to the pokecenter, despite having a clear mismatch on this battle. "Let's do this Talonflame." Talonflame swept the trainers, up until he got to the gym leader. Drake was clearly outmatched, getting swept by the leader's Sylveon. "Alright, Absy." You're the last hope. Drake said, frowning. Valerie uses Dazzling Gleam, and OHKOs Absy. Drake looked at Valerie, paid the battle money, took his Absy and ran to the pokecenter.

In a last moment change, Fenna changed her Pokémon to Helioptile and Sylveon, now battling with them and putting on a new dress. It was a simple dress which went to her knees and it was covered in multiple star constellations. Fenna tries to stay calmer but she couldn't and sinks to her knees.

You know the first rule in combat? Shoot them before they shoot you.

Parisa took the Pokeball without a word and sighed. "Why does everyone want me to look after their Pokemon?" she asked herself before putting Clover's Pokeball in her bag and fished dressing Togekiss, Braixen and Pumpkaboo.

Fenna covers her face and Kirlia pets her cheek, saying something. Fenna laughed. "I know, you're trying to comfort me... but it won't help a lot. I have no real strategy in mind and am stuck now with those two."
