Notice that the pokemon as the tiny sprite at the top of announcements was a bulbasaur. April 1st? Pokedex entry 1? Am I sensing a relation?

Please actually READ the first post (or the last few ones). It has been stated several times that it was an april fools joke; there will be no PokéHeroes 3D, so there is no Beta-testing to sign up for.
