any references: looks similar to this (not my art) the blue purple markings look more like swirling smoke. The eyes should be red and have a cobalt blue bandana on her paw (any). he also has tribal like purple wing marking on his back. like these as an example

what type of drawing: original oc
brief description of character's personality: He is usually quiet and seems unammused but smiles a cute smile if you can make him laugh. He likes to loung around but when theres trouble he bursts into flames and fuffles himself big. He is loyal and loving to all.

i did a lot of experimentation with this so i'm not entirely happy with this so sorry about

*i tried to make the marks look like they were fading like smoke so i'm not sure if i did that right??
