Rosepetal was trying desperately to push Shadedfur back. "This is going too far. Please Shadedfur stop it."
The black she-cat shook her head and jumped over her sister, landing with ease despite her injury. "I will address you with respect when you've earned it. Now speak, why is Whiteleap your choice? Why do you favor the outsiders?!"

Fogsong turned her head torwards Shadedfur, taken aback by the sudden anger. "Oh, my..." she sighed, and looked at Flintstar, noticing the leader's reactions. Fogsong felt bad, not only for Flintstar; but for Shadedfur as well, as she had her deserved deputyship given to another cat in front of her eyes. Fogsong said nothing other than her previous sigh, and worriedly watched them.

Flintstar gazed down at her clanmate. "Last time I checked, I was the leader of this clan." She stepped down from the High Tree. "Losing a life due to the badger was my fate. I was told that myself." She stepped to Shadedfur's face. "I do not need to explain myself to you."

"STOP FIGHTING!" Whiteleap yowled, lashing his tail towards Shadedfur. "Who are you to be rude to your fellow clanmates? Im sure Flintstar thought hard about her decision, and she had a reason for choosing me. Although i'm not sure myself what it is, you should be glad she put her trust in me! Killing a badger does not give you a one way trip to the deputy position. Kindness, strength, loyalty...all those matter, not just brute force! You've also rudely interrupted an apprenticing ceremony, and i HAVE had an apprentice before, yet we don't know what happened to him. Im just as capable as any warrior here, and you should show more respect." He spits, lashing his tail once more before taking his seat again, glancing at his new apprentice. The touching of their noses would have to wait.
From the shadow of the hightree, Firelight lashed his tail. "Starclan help us. We shouldnt be turning on each other." the medicine cat muttered.

"Then perhaps Whiteleap wasn't the wrong choice. You were." Flintstar stepped up to her and Shadedfur shoved her nose into her leader's without a hint of backing down. "You do, in fact. Why should I follow you if you don't?"
The only distraction from Flintstar was the new deputy and her red eyes flashed at Whiteleap. "Then how about you prove yourself Whiteleap. Right now. Even with a wounded leg I could battle you into submission."

Icetooth kitted him in another clan but he felt like his heart didnt belong there so icetooth brought hi, to fruitclan to stay with his father. his loyalty was always fixed to fruitclan//
