Wolfpaw looked around. She finally recognized a cat. Whiteleap!
"Whiteleap! Help me! I have no idea where I am, and who any one
is." She stopped, her head suddenly hurting.
Whiteleap turns to wolfpaw, his fur bristling a little. "You're in
camp wolfpaw, you went into some weird coma." he meows, looking
over her uneasily. "Im not sure why you cant remember anything, but
i know it cant be good." Hopefully her forgetting all of this
makes her less of a threat that i think she could be
"You're in fruitclan, what are you talking about?" How is it
possible that she's forgotten her own clan as well...is this part
of that nonsense she was mumbling about dark times?
"This is fruitclan. Its where we all work together to care for each
other." He pauses. "How could you forget about your own clan....i
think wishflower needs to have a look at you"
Whiteleap unsheathes his claws and tears at the grass as wolfpaw
leaves. "I was uneasy about her before, but now i just dont trust
her at all. One incident like this couldnt cause her to have such
bad amnesia"
Wolfpaw eventually reached the bank. She lowered her head to drink.
She looked at her reflection, her ears were torn and some fur was
missing. She ignored her looks and continued. After that she turned
to clean herself, she noticed her legs, they looked hardly scraped
and her legs looked hoarsely broken. They had no fur, tears welled
in her eyes. She turned to see her reflection again. "Why am I
being aloud to live? They can plainly see I'm in pain, they should
strike me down where I stand. It would make me happy to end the
pain."
Whiteleap takes a deep breath and allows his fur to lay flat. "Im
sorry...i just cant trust her after all thats happened. Shes unlike
any cat i've ever seen before and it worries me"
Wolfpaw struck her paw at her reflection. "How can I learn to love
myself?" Her head stung. "ugh, it won't go away." Still, although
her head was aching she dragged herself away from the bank. She
followed a strange small. After awhile of walking she encountered a
large furry badger, but it was dead.
Whiteleap freezes and turns to face wolfpaw, staying silent for a
moment before forcing a smile. "I think you're right, there might
be more badgers in the area!" he meows in mock surprise, turning
back to snowflank. "I'll join you later, i guess i have a patrol to
do with wolfpaw now" he mews apologetically
Wolfpaw drags herself to the badger to show Whiteleap. Her eyes
welled up in tears as the pain in her head got worse. "here it is!
The only thing I noticed on it were some scratches around its neck
and stomach."
