Ollie just listened to what she said, carefully padding towards the
entrance to glance inside, not sure if he was ready to go in quite
yet.'This is all a lot to take in already... It's crazy and scary
and just so weird...'
"Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out alive."
"The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people
will insist on coming along and putting things in it."
"Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday."
"A day without sunshine is like, you know, night."
Her tail wrapped loosely around the kit's body, tugging him close
to her comfortingly. "Whiteleap, Snowflank," she mewed in return,
nodding her head in greeting. "This is Ollie, he was found in our
territory and it seems he's lost." Bringing home a stray kit was
not something most would think Shadedfur would do. However the
warrior code speaks of protecting all kits, no matter their
origin.
"It smells like there was a fight. Was any cat hurt?" She sniffed
the air for the scent of blood.
Whiteleap nods. "There was a dog in the territory, Flintstar,
Snowflank and I went out to fight it. Snowflank was injured, but
she'll be ok...and of course yellowsting was. He's being treated by
wishflower."
He looks down at ollie. "Well hello there" he smiles, purring a
little. "We'd like to welcome you to the clan, even if you dont
stay, we'll take good care of you~"
Ollie listened when they spoke of the dog attack, surprised to hear
about the dog.'Dog's too, huh... I remember seeing one, they look
scary...'He looked away when they spoke to him, mewling a soft
"Thanks..." in response.
"Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out alive."
"The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people
will insist on coming along and putting things in it."
"Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday."
"A day without sunshine is like, you know, night."
"Again? At this rate Yellowsting will end his life before
leafbare," she stated with a soft snort. Such clumsiness would use
up all their herbs. She shook her head, it wasn't her issue. "If
Snowflank is injured perhaps you should stay in camp. Getting on
the medicine cat's bad side isn't the best idea," she meowed in
amusement.
//its kinda hard to work with rogues tbh, i've never handled them
in rps
"Im sure he wouldnt go that far, he is a bit clumsy i admit, but
he's a good warrior" he laughs a little before pausing. "Snowflank
is fine, nothing bad could happen from a little bit of exercise
right?"
"Dogs are really not fun to deal with." She sighed and looked at
her side. "I am sure Yellowsting will be fine." She grinned. "He
does have Flintstar after all." She snickered.
Ollie just listened to them talk, relaxing a bit. He was becoming
more confused once he remembered the terms they used,'Medicine cat?
Camp? Huh? So confusing... So many weird names at that...'
"Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out alive."
"The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people
will insist on coming along and putting things in it."
"Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday."
"A day without sunshine is like, you know, night."
"I don't know Whiteleap, I'm not a medicine cat." Her ears
twitched, portraying the amusement her voice did not. "Is Flintstar
in camp? I should let her know about Ollie."
With that Shadedfur bent her head to touch her nose to the kit.
"Are you ready to to enter the camp yet? I'm sure you must be
hungry after that run."
"I doubt Flintstar would allow anything drastic to happen to
Yellowsting. She'd probably spare extra lives for him if she
could...which is why those two would be perfect for each other" he
snorts a little "Yeah, Flintstar is back at camp"
