The Shadows That Keep (Open and Accepting)
Forum-Index → Roleplay → The Shadows That Keep (Open and Accepting)Quill stopped when he was out of sight. He fell on his knees and began to cry. He had not known that his father was a king and had abondoned him. Quill got up and began to look around for something eatable. He was still crying. After a while, he found a Moose. He shot at it and killed it. "Well, this will be a good meal..." Quill said to himself.
~Back in space~
Peter nodded at what Rocket had said. "Well... Fine. Stick with the kiddo. And give him this." Peter handed Rocket a envelope with a letter inside it. Rocket nodded and walked up to a smaller ship. "Earth, here we go!" Rocket shouted as he blasted into space. He punched in the coordinates, sat back and fell asleep.
~Back at where Peter was~
Peter grabbed a small piece of tech and began to dial someone. When the other person picked up, it was Kitty Pryde. A hologram appeared in front of Peter, showing her grading papers.
"Hey." Peter called out.
Kitty turned and said "Hi~<3."
"It's been a while."
"Yep. Back at earth, it's a mess in the school."
"Well, Rocket is heading there to say hi to my son."
Kitty fell backwards, shocked, "What!? Your not going?"
Peter shook his head "Nope, to much work here. Anyways, your not with him?"
"No! He had to go on this quest to do something dum that will kill him!"
Peter shook his head again "like father, like son."
She slipped through the trees, her wings casting odd shadows upon them. She gazed at Quill, his face still somewhat wet from tears. She did not bother asking, knowing much and yet little. She knew what had caused the tears, and she knew where Peter Quill was - but not that much else.

Link watched as the group scattered. He rally didn't know what to do, so he moved back to Epona's side. The horse lay down on the grass, giving a small knicker. He smiled, sitting to lean against his old friend. "I suppose you want me to play, huh girl?" The horse nudged him, pulling at his hair. "Alright then." He pulled out his ocarina, and began to play. Zelda's lullaby seemed appropriate.
It moved through the forest at lightning speed, crashing through the underbrush. Any animal unlucky enough to get in his way was softly dispatched. He could smell them. Humans... Souls... He would see that they felt his agony. He stopped, peering through the trees. There was a man. He stood over a dead moose, obviously his kill. Turning his eyes, he could also see something els moving through the forest. A woman, but very bright. He stayed motionless, his green/ gold body providing useful camouflage. Wait for the right moment.

Hoodie looked around. They were back in the field. Didact sat only about fifty feet away. Taker still supported him, also taking a quick glance around. He spotted Didact, easing his unencumbered hamd. Hoodie also raised his hands, gesturing peace. Not that they could fight them now anyway. "Hey don't shoot. We aren't here to hurt you. We need to warn you. About something." A feeling of dread came over him as he looked about. "Where are the other three?
Link spotted the two up the hill, moving quickly he mounted Epona, charging up to Didact's side. He stopped short, seeing their sign of surrender, and the sorry state they were in.

Hoodie groaned. "Oh god no... That's where it is!" He looked back into the trees. "There's a monster loose in the woods. It nearly killed me in one shot!" He spoke frantically. We have to warn them before its to late!"

(She's not an actual goddess, no. But her power rivals one.)
(This is basically what I'm letting you guys do with your chars, level them up steadily and eventually they will become quite OP.)

His eyes continued to flash as the tune rang through the air. This woman thought very highly of herself. She was no goddess... She held no power over him... He couldn't help himself. A deep rusty laugh echoed from with in the metal shell. "You Can't." If she wanted to fight, he would be glad to help her die. He sidestepped left behind a tree. Now out of sight, he bolted through the trees, stopping behind the small man. He stared down at him, clamping his mechanical hand around his arm. "I always come back."
Hoodie lowered himself to the ground. "I'll stay here. I'll only slow you down." Taker turned to the forest. "I would love to lead metal man, but I have no idea where your friends are. I didn't even want to come help you anyway. All you need to know is that a beast is loose in the woods, with the potential to kill many of you. You should find you friends quickly, before someone gets hurt."
Link nodded, turning Epona towards the direction the others had gone. With a sharp nudge the took off down the hill, racing into the trees. He drew his sword, preparing himself for battle.

I agree with him, Galadriel. He always comes back in the games. Skye snorted. Even after burning off all the others and him supposedly dying in a fire, he's still alive right now. They always com back. I don't think he's as powerful as us, but he's almost impossible to kill.
Anything else I should know? Altariel asked dryly, to the point of sarcasm. She spun around, but hesitated to act further. She supposed the thing could be burned, but so could Quill. And she did not want to burn Quill. Skin Taker would probably be good, Hoodie would not be in Annatar's interests, and that animatronic she would do so gladly.

Quill was startled when Springtrap appeared out of no where. Well, he appeared from behind. "Wow!" Quill shouted suprised. He frantically tried to get out of his grasp, but had no avail. "Some help would be very nice!" Quill said as he pulled out his custom gun and began to try shooting his arm off. It ran out of bullets. "Aww Sh~!" Quill was interrupted when Lockehorn was dropped out of the sky by Boomer and had tackled Springtrap from behind.

(When you are a nearly eight foot creature, most men are small. Also, was he trying to shoot Springtraps arm of or his own?)
Springtrap crumpled forward from the impact, dragging Quill along with him. He would not lose him. The boys bullets had caused no noticeable damage, but the woman's sword proved to be a bit more effective. Her hacking left a few small cuts across his exterior shell. He pushed himself back upright, before giving the large beetle a swat. The force of the blow sent the creature sideway, crashing into a tree. His grip on the mans arm tightened, as his head twitched rapidly. "We have a place for him." He groaned,. The woman didn't seem to be aiming at anything in particular, just swinging wildly. Reaching out, he clamped down on the sword, pulling the woman directly before his eyes. "He will know the joy of Creation."
Link thundered through the woods, hearing the sound of fighting up ahead.

Altariel felt like snarking back to the robot animatronic thing, but she didn't, because there were other matter more dire. Instead, she gave the thing a face full of fire, and her sword ignited. Magic, anyone? Skye felt herself asking. Altariel yanked her sword away from the whatever it was. She felt the desire to burn it even stronger than before, but unfortunately Quill was still in the way.
(Also, I haven't ever play FNaF, so don't kill me if I get anything wrong...)

"WOW! Lockehorn!" Quill shouted. Lockehorn was knocked unconscious. "Wow, Springy, What do you mean ye got a place for me? Or do you mean you've got a place for my bits and pieces of me inside of you?" Quill said to distract it as he pulled out a Ten Gauge, Double barrelled Shotgun from his bag, it has enough force to blow a man in half easily. So he grabbed it and shot his head with it, in hope it may stun him for a while. Boomer swept down and began to use Dragon Pulse on Spring Trap.
