Well now as per your example with the user 'JustMe' don't you think he was given a friend request before that guy was locked ?
Don't you think even if this suggestion is applied these things would happen with certain users when people make their id they can send friend request with those offensive names ?
This can't be stopped initially as they make their account and after they are lock the topic ends.

@Ximbatika first of all you can't mix suggestions in one and you should post it at different fitting topics secondly the first thing you said about blocklist should not be implemented as blocklist means that you want to kind of get rid of that person and you don't want him to connnect him to you in anyway.
All those things riako added were to stop SPAM another thing there are some things which riako has left as it can't do anymore SPAM

I don't think we need to involve the outer world into this but again at the same time don't you think that even if people's usernames are changed than still some person have to see it first so that they can change it again we can't stop them who are intentionally doing it and they can't send you friend request if they are banned you know and why would other people send them links to those offensive players ?
Is'nt that naming and shaming ?

According to what you said we should rename those accounts with Offensive Words is'nt it ?
So don't you think only if they are lock it's more than enough ?
Than another statement by you that users can still visit him and now the answer to this will be that if users visit those with offensive name should have an intention is'nt it ?
I mean they can't directly open offensive word accounts they will have to search it so is'nt that they have bad thoughts...
