Welcome to pokeheroes! Here's my normal advice for people:
You should level up your trainer level to unlock most areas (Others need to be purchased using the in-game currency Pokedollar). You can level up your trainer level by: Adopting Eggs, Interacting, and buying plushies.

You can adopt eggs at the lab
You can interact at clicklists
You can buy plushies at the Dream World Shop
