Felix sighed. He'd been doing his best to ignore it - out of all the evil team leaders in charge, none of them actually lived in Alola or Galar, and as a result, both regions had it a fair bit better than the other six. He did his best to curb crime when he saw it and keep an optimistic view on things - if he let himself think negatively, he'd just go back to his old ways...

But here in Kanto, the center of the destruction, he couldn't ignore it. He couldn't ignore the distant sounds of muggings in alleyways, the red stains on the ground in the worse parts of town. He'd been caught up in happiness over seeing Admin again, but now that he looked around...

Yeah, it was a hellhole.
