Tenebrous, realizing that the other clans may have noticed the red mist emitted by the Frenzied Ritual, proceeded to gather all the leftover Blooms of Frenzy along side anything else he might need into a pack that he carried with him as he mounted his new minion, Nebulus. His goal was to relocate to a different area of the forest before the other clans made their way to Darkfire, for, even with the ritual, he was not unstoppable. What he needed was an army of his own, one that could stand up to the other clans. As he took flight, he recalled how Nebulus was ensnared by his will during the ritual. Perhaps he could replicate the process with other creatures to gain a veritable horde of mind bound servants. Servants used as tools to execute his revenge.

Tenebrous made his way back to the ruins of the once great DarkfireClan. He took off his armor and began to examine and treat his wounds, having been a Lily in his younger years. Luckily his bark armor blunted most of the damage but Asher had left deep ruts and holes in the plates. Sighing to himself, he knew what must be done.

He knew of the rare plant native to Darkfire known as the Bloom of Frenzy; indeed, it was abundant during the reign of his father Lord Obscurion. He knew the strength the plant could give him. He also knew of the insanity that plagues those who consume it; the insanity that led to the exile and fall of his Clan. But he did not care, he believed it was time for those who banished his clan to the forgotten depths of the woods to be reacquainted with the dark fire that gave the clan its name. He proceeded to gather what little of the Bloom remained in the abandoned capital of Darkfire and brought it before his throne. With all the necessary materials gathered, Tenebrous began to perform a long forgotten ritual. He used his blade to open up a small wound on one of his paws before crushing up the crimson blooms, placing them into his wound and chanting in the ancient language of Darkfire.

"IGNIS OBSCURUS, DA MIHI IMPERIUM ET VIGE ITERUM"

Having issued this command, Tenebrous' wounds began to heal, his blade began to glow more intensely as more power was channeled into it. A red aura began to envelop the altar as the last son of Darkfire gave in to the same vice as his ancestors.

A famished vulture that was passing over Darkfire in search of rodents to consume was caught in this scarlet mist of the Frenzied Ritual. Having also been overcome by the powers of the Bloom, it was put under the thrall of Tenebrous and quickly descended down to await orders from its new master.

Acknowledging the bird's servitude, Tenebrous decided to use it as a mount and means of transportation to execute his revenge on those who wronged him so long ago.

"I shall name thou... Nebulus" Tenebrous spoke to his new servant before taking to the sky on its back ready to renew his incursion into the other clans

Tenebrous, considering Asher's proposition swiftly rejected it "It is too late for that". His clan had already died from starvation entirely, he was the last one left. However, still realizing that the longer that the fight went on, the more likely Asher's allies would come to her aid, knew he had to make a tactical retreat. Instead of retreating after the bite, he whipped around and slashed Asher in the paw, leaving a veritable gash. He then used the opportunity to leap back into the trees and disappear but not without saying one last Parthian shot.

"Cower in fear of the night. The grasp of the Crimson Blade shall brook thee no quarter, fledgling Lord"

	Tenebrous acknowledges Asher's challenge and proceeds to look her in the eye. "Cower before Tenebrous, Darkfire's Crimson Blade" Having said these words, he proceeded to kick up more dirt and dust to obscure Asher's vision before rushing in and delivering a glancing cut with his sword as his oak bark visor protected his eyes from most of the debris. Tenebrous, realizing he had been discovered, quickly shed his cloak, the leaves fluttering in the wind to reveal a crude set of armor fashioned from wood and held together by plant fibers.

"I hereby declare this land as belonging to Darkfire," Tenebrous simply responded "Therefore, I suggest you stand down"

Having said these words, Tenebrous proceeded to draw his sword and grip it tightly in his jaws, the sun shining upon the runes engraved on the blade and causing them to shine a deep red.

Valifex overheard Misty's plea from the outskirts of town and proceeded to slowly approach to listen in on more information.

"Huh, Midnight Lycanroc, their bounty is... 10 dragon gems and a stellar Tera Shard," Valifex recalled to himself, "Alright I'm sold!"

He then made his way over to the rather odd looking Cyclizar and proceeded to introduce himself "Hello there, I'm also after that Lycanroc, wanna go together big guy?"

As Tenebrous passed by the borders of LightningClan, he picked up on a familiar smell nearby though it was... different: marred by the stench of rot.

"So it appears that Lord Lightningstar has fallen" Tenebrous thought as he stalked through the woods. "This has presented a rather... interesting opportunity"

As he made up his mind, Tenebrous changed course from DenialClan to LightningClan, his leaf cloak providing the perfect facade, shrouding his true form.

Within the foreboding depths of the forest dwelt Tenebrous, lord of Darkfire. With his greatsword grasped firmly in his jaws, he silently stalked a lone rat before pouncing on it and feasting on it.

"All bones, no meat" Tenebrous thought to himself in disgust, "it is long overdue for Darkfire to expand to more fertile lands"

And so, with his mind made up, Tenebrous crudely began sharpening his sword upon a rock and donning his cloak made from leaves before moving towards DenialClan in a bid to gain more land for his people.
