"That would be the main rift. Of the six rifts in this area, we have two contained and quarantined. The moment a creature of Grimm passes through, we will destroy it. This is the main rift, where we have seen the most activity. It is also the largest tear. Currently the forward team is pushing towards it - we're only ten kilometers away, or a few minutes." Thryssa explained. "There have been sightings of new forms of grimms and I have a team cataloguing that. Additionally, we are beginning to detect readings from beyond the rifts. They are becoming corporeal and we should soon be able to pass through them. Although we wish to avoid this for the time being."

"Right." Sliuril agreed, studying the map. "And this applies to all six rifts?"

Thryssa shook his head. "Only the main rift. The other five are growing, but only by 0.5% each day. It would be weeks before they stabilize enough to carry us."

The King shared a quick conversation with Copper before he left - she scrunched up her nose. His mind-speak had never been particularly subtle.

"Didact." Copper greeted. "Do you need anything?"

"Of course. In that case, this way, please. The Commander is already here."

They entered the tent, Thryssa sitting behind a large table placed squarely in the middle. It seemed a replica of the map they had been shown in the meeting, but it had been updated.

"Sister. Lord Jack. You barely missed the beginning of our push towards the main rift." Thryssa said, pointing to a pot on the map. "We have two other rifts here and here under containment. Which one do you want to target first?"

Pity you do not know. Only true forgiveness can free the mind. He mused - mostly musings. She is in the workshops if you wish to talk to her, or you may rejoin Sliuril and her party with the rifts.

The three of them reappeared in a war camp, in the middle of a set of runes. Sliuril and Faith quickly stepped out, allowing others to port into it. Everyone in the camp still appeared fresh-faced and new. With the way time travelled between realms, Sliuril supposed that they could have already made camp the day before.

"Where is the person in charge?" Faith asked in a growl. That quickly got them directed to the central tent.

You have traveled with her for a short time. Why not force her pay for her trespasses against your race? He asked - briefly knowing that He could simply know if he wanted to - but he quietened that part of him. Let Him be a father, once in a while. Or do you not know their depth?

Sliuril shrugged. "Alright." She replied. "We should go back now." She added, conjuring a portal back to Earth. "For some reason, I don't think the Queen meant Copper when she said everyone."

"Shush." Sliuril muttered. She pocketed what seemed to be a talisman of some sort, glanced around the room one last time, and shrugged.

'That concludes our business, then."

Copper did not meet with her Father in the throne room, where she had been instructed to go. Rather she found him standing in the doorway of her room. Where she had stormed off the skulk.

A look of fury passed over her face. Copper swore vehemently, and turned on her heel and left.

Glaurug facepalmed. "Seriously?!"

He watched this happen. And sent a single thought to the Forerunner trailing behind them - stay and talk.
