"Gee...Thanks for making me feel better," he said. "Anyway, don't worry about it. Their just minor burns here and there. I'm more concerned what's happening with your shadows and Al over back where we where. There's a helicopter over there." He pointed at it in the sky. "Actually..." Draco aimed his hand at the helicopter and fired a large burst of plasma at the helicopter, taking quite a bit of electricity. The burst hit the side of the helicopter, causing it drift off and crash.

Draco ran back over to his motorcycle and drove off to the helicopter.

	Draco ran inside and went through the building. He found survivors and freed any of them that were under rubble with bursts of his plasma. After a short period of time, Draco and the survivors from inside came out. Draco was burnt slightly in a few areas and some spots on his suit had beens singed. [Read more]

	Draco eventually arrived to see Altessia fighting the goons. He could tell that was trained by someone in Batman's "family." He got off his motorcycle and for now, watching from a distance since she seemed like the type of person that doesn't like help and hates when their target is stolen. [Read more]

Draco was reading a book in his apartment when his laptop went off, alarming Draco that a crime was taking place. His laptop was hooked up to Gotham's Security Network and various cameras throughout. Originally in his multiverse, Draco had designed an AI that could watch the video from the cameras and judge if the action in the live recording was a crime going on. He was luckily able to get it back and running in this multiverse but it was still faulty. Draco suited up and got on his motorcycle, beginning to drive to the bank.

Plasma Generation

Draco is able to partially control the electricity that the human body generates and essentially "overcharge" it, and release it as a powerful burst of plasma from his hands. He can also manipulate the plasma he fires into a solid. If Draco uses too much electricity from within his body, he could die. This is because the electricity in the human body allows the brain to function and the heart to pump. Fortunately, Draco's typical attacks use roughly 1% or less of the total amount of electricity within his body.

Personality:
Draco is generally quite a nice and friendly person. He isn't someone who is hard to get along with, talk to, and/or befriend. Because he is young, he is still a bit childish and immature at times, and likes to tease peoples. However, in combat, he becomes a different person. His childish and immature nature disappears and he becomes much more serious and focused.
Backstory (opt.):
Draco is from another multi-verse in which Dick Grayson never became Robin or Nightwing, but where he did. Draco's family was quite poor and they had been promising to pay the apartment rent for several months but never did. The owner of the apartment complex was finally fed him. The complex owner bribed a gang of goons to rig their car.
As Draco's parents were driving to work, the car started acting up on the highway and crashed into several other cars, resulting into a large explosion and car accident. They didn't survive.

Bruce Wayne then adopted him as his own son, seeing something in Draco that reminded him of himself. After years as Robin, Batman and him were fighting Captain Cold and Mr. Freeze. Batman had gotten distracted and got knocked out. Now 2 versus 1, Captain Cold and Mr. Freeze froze Draco solid and left him at an electrical plan which they then blew up as Batman was waking up. Miraculously, Draco survived with only a few burns. However, he also became blind. Draco could still see quite well but with a noticeable difference, and he also could not see certain colors anymore.

Batman, believing he wasn't going to make it, found a new Robin and replaced them. When Draco finally recovered and showed he was alive, he was not mad at Batman and took up the mantle as PlaZma (Nightwing didn't exist in his multiverse). Draco had received his newfound powers from the accident. But during a fight alongside Doctor Fate against a possessed Zatanna, Draco was teleported to a new multiverse that was different than his.

	"That could work. The only thing I'm worried about is the ice dragons getting injured. If they ever so barely touch the lava, someone gets burned off. And if they panick, they fall in. This kinda looks like a trust test and a test of courage for the ice dragons. But I might just be a crazy dragon so I don't know," Draco said. [Read more]
