"Agreed." Faith grumbled, shooting off a fireball. It passed through the portal seamlessly to strike down a spider-like creature. "You wouldn't have." Copper replied, blithely ignoring the Immortal who was supposed to be keeping stock in the armoury (who was also giving her a glare). She waltzed up to one of the shelves, stocked with mannequins of various descriptions. Some were humans in shape and form - others looked like they had been fashioned for giants, several for dragons, and a few bore even stranger shapes. "So where are we off to, my lady?" "Probably Mt. Olympus." Copper shrugged. "It's far away enough from earth that I won't be bothering the others, but close enough that we can get help if need be. I remember I left a research facility there... Oh, and of course we'll need to get you and Didact fitted with some spaceworthy armour. Can't have you both dying on me from oxygen withdrawal." Copper kept talking as she led them through the hallways of the Godsphere, eventually making her way to the armoury. Faith headed for the rift, each wingbeat propelling them hundreds of meters towards it. She could clearly see the rift as a glowing source of energy, energy she wanted to devour. The army beneath them was making good progress, and by the time they landed all Faith could do was consume one of the appearing creatures. "Is this it?" "Yes." Sliuril agreed. She opened her mouth, paused, and thought better of it. A small smile blossomed on her face - she she reached forwards, and pulled Didact into a firm hug. "If you hurt her, I'll hunt you down." Glaurug quipped, ruining any possible moment from happening. "Guess who else will be joining the party." Copper rolled her eyes, letting go of Didact. "Thank you." "Much agreed." Faith growled, exiting the tent. She grew back to her original size, and knelt for Sliuril to board. "Let's go." She waited a few moments for Sliuril to settled, before launching herself into the air and heading towards the main rift. [Read more] |

Faith rolled her eyes. "Yep." Copper agreed, a guard already approaching them. "No idea why, not that I'd help." She added. "Thank gods." Glaurug muttered. "I don't need to get yeeted off earth again." "We could tour the remains of the Forerunner ruins, at any rate." Copper added.
